We had a good break at this site, my advice is take plenty of food with you as eating out is expensive, although the Parc super market is reasonably priced.
we was looking forward to having a nice log fire !!!!!! you can only use special logs that can be purchased at the super market, same goes with the BBQ you can only use Disposable BBQ also available at the shop (take your own).
We did take bikes with us and managed to use them, most cycle roots are not too bad, if unfit, be prepared to get off and walk sometimes, but we enjoyed the rides.
Take advantage of the road train they was always on time and fun to use..
Swimming pool complex was fantastic, both inside and outside pools are great, my favourite was going the Rapids, such fun. the little kiddies pool is excellent, overall the swimming complex was the best part of the break (and it is FREE)... loads of other activities to enjoy, but you need a good wallet or credit card as most are a bit expensive, still good fun though...
Overall a very good break....
Longleat safari park just down the road (excellent for all the family).

My wife and I visited for a day for a party. Place was packed and had great difficulty parking. Would be better to have a system in place. Eventually friends helped which was great. Cycled to pools which were fun but showers a little dirty. Had a great time going down slides. Then went back to friends cabin. Very impressed with this. Great rooms, wonderful views and great company. Would not stay here though as too expensive. Had an afternoon party then went back to the main complex for dinner and bowling. Bowling was £12 pp for 45 mins which I thought was a lot and if you overrun they turn your game off so be warned. Dinner at the American burger place was below average given that everything comes pre frozen needs defrosting cooking and stuck on a plate. How had can it be? Well try it and you'll see it must be very difficult. Over cooked over priced. I grant you that there is a lot to do but everything is extra on top of the £700+ for 3 nights and 4 days. They keep families happy though so must do something right. For my money you're better off at a spa.

We have just come back stayed in a 4 bedroom lodge, clean tidy, every thing you needed! supermarket was well stocked not over priced either! the restaurants were slightly disapointing, the meal in the sports cafe was the same as you would get in a JD weatherspoon, rubberised and microwaved and overpriced, on the up side staff nice and friendly. Strada food in this restaurant was nothing special either! best place cafe rouge been to Center Parcs 5 times with my family and its never let me down on food price and service, and did notice this year alot of the staff are still there! which is nice to see, Sarah in reception very helpful. checkin straight forward! one thing that might help is opening the pool earlier on check out day, as the reception area is rammed with people waiting to swim before they leave the site. also shops could do wit opening early on check out days! overall will be going back next year! great fun for the kids and the pool and slides all great love the place!

Stayed at Longleat 7-11 October, our 3rd time. They are currently undertaking some major maintenence to the Plaza dome. Center Parcs have worked hard at minimising disruption for guests (although I personally would have appreciated some advanced warning).
Sadly, our sleep was distrupted for one of the nights due to some over-running work - but the guest services staff were very helpful in resolving the problem.
Staff generally were very friendly and cheerful - I think this, in turn, made holiday makers relaxed and friendly too. Everyone seems very accepting of disability and difference - a big plus point. Highly recommended for a friendly family holiday.

Room Tip: We were at Pinewood apartments - super close to the plaza and a little bit nicer than Redwood (where we stayed before) . Great but might be disturbed by the building works (although these are mostly managed very well and resolved quickly if there is a problem.)

I have just got back from a 5 day break with my partner and our 2 year old. We pre booked activities and ate out most days and it is not as expensive as everyone says. The restaurants may be a bit more expensive but that's the same with all holidays parks.

We stayed in a woodland lodge which was clean, homely with an amazing view onto a lake with ducks visiting regularly :)

We are already looking at booking again and would definitely recommend. The free land train is excellent and always on time which is good as we didn't hire bikes. The staff are friendly and welcoming and their is a park on every corner.

We went to the magic show at the pancake house which included food and was really funny and definitely worth the money.

Can't wait to go back :)
