Once you get over the cost of the Treehouse accomodation and book, the whole experience is first class. Pre arrival your host contacts you at least twice to confirm your arrival time,magazines/newspaper choices, preferences for complimentary drinks in Games Den,age of children&names etc etc.
But nothing can prepare you for the moment you enter the accomodation-it is amazing & worth every penny! I wont spoil this by raving about what you can expect but suffice to say we didnt want to come home.
The service from booking to leaving is exceptional-you are made to feel like celebrities from the moment you park in the reserved area in the main car park(if you arrive prior to 2pm) until you leave-just be prepared for lots of people stopping outside your treehouse to look & take photos!
We have booked to stay in them again next year and cant wait :)
WELL DONE Centre Parcs!!!

We stayed for a long weekend at Longleat in one of the comfort villas, which was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and in a quiet location. The land train at the end of the day was most welcome! We booked on to short tennis and family archery and had a fun time. We ate at Hucks and Strada and had incredibly delicious food both evenings. Would definitely recommend. The outdoor swimming pool was lovely and warm and very inviting. All of the staff we came across were very helpful. I was disappointed in the selection of shops to look round - nothing inviting. Supermarket was well stocked. There are some lovely outdoor play areas for the kids. Just waiting to try Aqua Sana once the kids have grown up and I actually have some time to myself!!

Room Tip: Villas in the Fir area are further away but more of a quiet, forest location which was lovely.

Yet another fabulous short break at CP. We love the mix of activities and places to eat with excellent quality villas. If only it was cheaper we could afford to go more often!

I was staying at Center Parcs with my family when our villa was broken into and personal items were taken of some cosndierable value. This ruined the holiday and so far Center Parcs have not offered any compensation.

Thank you for taking time to post on Trip Advisor.

I am genuinely sorry to hear of your experience at Longleat Forest and I can certainly understand how upset you and your party must be.

Unfortunately, there are people in society who disregard respectable behaviour and, whilst we feel that we do everything within our power to ensure a trouble free environment, there will always be occurrences when individuals break the law.

I would like to take this opportunity to assure you that, it is certainly not our intention to disregard such issues. We work very closely with the local Police Force and Crime Prevention Officer and will continue to follow their recommendations wherever possible.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss your experience in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact the Guest Care team at Head Office.

Thank you again for sharing your views and I do hope that despite this disappointing visit you will consider returning to Center Parcs in the future.

Kind regards

We had to wait a while because the traffic was back to the main road and on arrival at reception was given a map, told we could not take our car to our lodge until 3pm and where the car park was. THIS COULD DO WITH IMPROVING ON TAKE NOTE CENTRE PARCS. However we cannot give a bad review because if you accept this, that it is expensive to eat there and you have to pay for most activities and that it takes about 30 mins to walk to the plaza what a brilliant place. We were 4 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs and we all had a fab time think and the accommodation from outside was a bit dismal but hey when you went in it was basic but clean what more could you ask for. we would most def go again. one last thing we had a a meal in hucks and the grand which were expensive but very very nice and the staff were brilliant. well done centre parks .

We like going to Longleat as the setting is very good and there are a few more hills there than at Elveden Forest Centre parcs. The rapids at the swimming pool is really good, takes a few minutes to get all the way down . We stayed at the Redwood apartments near the village square which are very quiet at night, and only a few minutes walk to the plazza or to the sports centre by the lake which is set in a valley.
