Couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was to order and all fresh and local. Bedrooms comfortable and freshly decorated, bathrooms clean and everything provided including toothpaste if you have forgotten yours!!

Our stay was for 5 nights and during that time the three of us (2 adults and one 11 year old) were looked after exceptionally well. Judith and family were wonderful hosts, our rooms were spotlessly clean, breakfasts excellent. Very friendly and looked after us extremely well. A great base for the areas we wanted to visit, the location itself is in a lovely setting. We will certainly stay again (if they will have us).
This is a lovely B&B (not a holiday rental) in a rural location.
Judith, Colin and Woody the dog could not have been more welcoming and accommodating of our family.
We stayed in a double room (with ensuite) and our two young children stayed in a twin room right next door which had a separate bathroom. This worked very well for us.
Cooked breakfast was delicious but there also a good selection of cereal and toast.
As we stayed for a few nights the owners were more than happy for us to cook / bring in take away in the evening rather than having to eat out every night.
We visited Longleat Safari Park (10 mins away) and Stourhead (10 mins away) as well as local towns.
We'd thoroughly recommend this friendly and comfortable B&B.
We have stayed at this top notch B and B previously and jumped at a weekend away this month. The hosts are very accommodating on arrival times and we were offered a glass of wine on arrival.
The room was beautifully decorated with en suite large shower room - all toiletries provided which was a lovely touch. Tea and coffee supplied in the room along with fresh milk, together with a TV, hairdryer and alarm clock.
Breakfast is a real treat - cooked in front of you and masses of locally sourced sausages, bacon and eggs. Homemade jam and marmalade and freshly brewed real coffee complemented the friendly environment. I would highly recommend this establishment opposed to a non descript Travelodge type place..

Sometimes you meet people and think 'wow they're in the right job' Well this was one of those occasions. We arrived in the dark and were instantly made to feel right at home with toys for the children as a first priority before being shown to our lovely rooms. The owners are effortless hosts and for the whole weekend we seemed to be right in the middle of the family without feeling for a moment like we were in the way. Great breakfast with everything you would expect, very comfortable rooms with an ensuite shower room for us and a bathroom across the hall for the children. Its a gorgeous part of the country, not too far from Stonehenge and close to Longleat too for days out. Perfect for the children as there is a trampoline and little ride on tractors for them to play with.(well used but didn't seem to matter to our two) I can't recommend this place highly enough. Only thing I would say is mobile signal is dire and Sat Nav is pretty patchy when you get close so make sure you know where you are going for the last bit of the journey or you might have trouble finding it. Drop me a helpful vote if you thought it was!

My husband, daughter and I stayed one night at this lovely B&B. Judith and her husband were most welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful and the rooms were immaculate and the ensuite has a wonderful power shower. Comfy beds and top notch bedding . Would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Highly recommend .

This B&B was perfect for us, we were made to feel so welcome, with our 2 kids under 10. We were encouraged to use the kids DVDs and books and play in the garden which was lovely. Our boys loved the dog who is very friendly. Breakfasts were delicious and even catered for our fussy boys. The rooms are modern and comfy. The wifi doesn't work so well in the bedrooms but is good in the kitchen. The location is perfect for visiting Stonehenge and Longleat Safari Park , and Salisbury. There are several places to eat (pubs) within a short drive but not a walk, however, Salisbury is close anyway.
