Although it was relatively busy, there were a range of "types" of food, form burgers, to fish, steak, traditional and even stew. THe staff were friendly and helped with seating the young children and clearing afterwards. We could even purchase a "glass" of wine from the self-service counter!

Not at the bar as driving, but as it was wet at the time we were there. The adults had soup which was very nice and a cup of tea and the kids had a snack box. All enjoyed.

Come on Lord Bath, you could do SO much better than this. How about a top restaurant, a budget one, plus the canteen? You have a captive audience who pay a lot of money to get into Longleat so please be fair with food and drink prices once they are captives? People have long memories regarding food and drink experiences and often are put off coming back to leisure parks by same.

Longleat has changed - locals say for the worst, because it costs quite a lot of money for a day visit and during busy times the main attractions have queues. The restaurant and bar sells the usual fast food like burgers and pizza, and the service was fast when we visited, because there were few people using it. Unfriendly notices on outside tables warn you not to eat your own food there. Best advice is to visit the supermarket before you go there and you will save a packet.
