“Excellent, comfortable, and met our needs exactly.”
Reviewed October 22, 2017 for a stay in October 2017

An ideal spot for us; excellent accommodation, beautifully appointed and clean and warm. Well equipped kitchen, wonderful bathrooms and comfy beds. Great rail connections to Belfast and Derry, and minutes from beautiful and quiet beaches. Local shop and the Point Bar are on had and it's close to main shops in Limavady. A great coastline to explore; largely undiscovered! Very peaceful spot.

“A Great location with excellent and very well presented accommodation”
Reviewed September 2, 2016 for a stay in August 2016

My family had a very enjoyable stay in the cottage and were pleased with the cleanliness and mod-cons available within. Great location to visit the beach on a daily basis and close to various day-trip options. Whilst we were surprised to see the cottage located next to a farm this was not at all an issue and the kids enjoyed seeing the tractors on the fields.

“Lovely cottage and beautiful scenery”
Reviewed August 24, 2015 for a stay in August 2015

The cottage was quite easy to find with the help of a sat nav we got there a little early but the did not have any problem with that and kindly let us In it was exactly what you saw on the web site three excellent bedrooms two with en-suite the kitchen with everything you need the living room had a log burner and a nice comfy leather corner unit outside the views are wonderful with the mountain on one side and green on the other as far as your eyes can see you do need a car to get around and when you go the whole area is beautiful and the locals are really friendly and will keep you talking for ever the nearest pub/restaurant is about two miles away at the end of the road which serves really good food at a reasonable price we all had all had a really good week and would have no problem booking the cottage again when going back to N Ireland

“superb modern bungalow in peaceful surroundings with views to die for”
Reviewed September 25, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Yoi couldn't find a better place to stay for a week or more. The bungalow sits in the middle of a turf farm (we drove past it twice on arrival looking for something closer to the road, but owner Adrienne soon came to our aid and parked her 4x4 opposite the gate), so all is green, quiet and the open views to the hills are to die for. The bungalow was spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming, well-equipped and well-furnished, and even bread, milk, coffee & tea were left to get you started (there is also a local convenience store less than a mile down the road). It was like going from home to home, with complete kitchen & laundry faclities, good-quality beds & bedding, super bathroom facilities and nothing was tacky nor tatty. Generally if you needed something, it was just a question of looking in the right cupboard to find it! A fulsome rack of visitor attraction leaflets complemented the spacious entrance hall and you could even catch the Belfast/Londonderry train at the local station a couple of miles away, if you were not already hooked by the superb local beaches and surroundng countryside. There's plenty of wildlife around too and we saw giant hares, many birds and even a badger on a late-evening return to the cottage. At the risk of never finding this place available again for a return visit, I cannot recommend it more highly for a family or group visiting the Limavady area. Also Adrienne is very helpful and obliging, but everything was so perfect that we didn't have any need to call upon her except to say a reluctant goodbye.

“Fabulous cottage in a beautiful location.”

We were slightly hesitant about booking this as we could not find any reviews but needn't have worried as the cottage is immaculate. The owners (very friendly genuine people) obviously take a pride in keeping it this way. The kitchen diner is a good size with all the appliances and equipment you could require. The three bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless, our eldest was particularly chuffed at having her own en-suite. The setting is beautiful and the views of Binevenagh are fabulous, as were some of the sunsets from the very spacious patio/BBQ area. We had a lovely peaceful holiday, there is plenty to visit in the area, but a car is required. The nearby Benone and Downhill beaches are lovely, we found the Derry Bus and walking tours particularly good. We will definitely be back.
