I stayed at Roe Park with my wife over the bank holiday weekend and we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is very good, but nothing stood out as being exceptional; it is a place I would definitely go back to and recommend, but isn't for those expecting luxury.

The room was very comfortable, but unfortunately was located opposite a housekeeping station, which caused some noise in the morning. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and proved very efficient when we wanted our room cleaned. There was only one courtesy shampoo between us, which was very small; I must remember to pack my own next time.

Food in the hotel is expensive, but very good. It isn't exceptional, but it is very good! The restaurants can be very noisy as this is a family hotel and so this isn't the best place for a romantic meal.

Location is brilliant and this hotel is great if you like golf! I had hoped for a swim, but there is a requirement to wear a swimming cap, which the hotel can provide (for a fee). I did not want to wear a cap and so didn't get to use the pool.

Staff were very friendly, especially at reception. Restaurant staff were also good save for one young man whom needs to learn how to smile and put glasses down gently!

Overall, this is a really good hotel and we enjoyed our stay and will certainly go back.

We booked for 2 nights B&B + 1 evening meal & a spa treatment.
As we had been here many times we were not disappointed.
Service was first class & as always a lovely welcome and nothing was a bother to the staff.
Our meal in Greens was beautifully presented and of the highest quality, everyone was well pleased with their meal.
Breakfast was good, only thing and it was minor, the bacon at breakfast could have been more crispy, but then that's a thing I am fussy with, don't like fatty pale bacon of which there was some and had to go through the server to get a piece well done.
But like I say minor and if that is all I could find to gripe about,
not bad !!!
Overall a very relaxing enjoyable stay, can't wait to go back.

My partner and I stayed here for one night B&B and were particularly looking forward to using the pool and the sauna etc.

Due to time restraints we didn't have time to visit on our arrival but decided to wait until just before breakfast the following morning around 09.15. Imagine my horror when I arrived inside the changing rooms (I should add there were no blue coverings for outdoor shoes before entering) and the floors were being POWERWASHED by four or five women. There were collections of dirt and grime strewn all over the floor tiles and nowhere to walk to avoid walking through this. Perhaps our timing was out, but surely this kind of thing should be done when the pool is closed!! I proceeded to change and had to walk bare footed through the grime again, only to be met with NO disinfectant before entering the pool. I thought this should have been standard health and safety policy.

On checking out, Ms Hassan asked if I had enjoyed my stay. I related my dissatisfaction, however although acknowledging her apologies, did not even look up from her keyboard. There was no queue behind us so it surely warranted at least eye contact.

I am a native of Limavady, now relocated because of work and family and am disgusted that this is the kind of treatment offered in a 4* hotel..

Standards have definitely dropped since my last visit to this hotel when it used to be the called The Radisson Roe Park. No longer a 4* experience and not worth the £125 cost of a double room.

Will definitely not be back until standards improve.

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. I am sincerely disappointed at the one star review which you have rated. We currently have 425 TA reviews of which only 5 have been merited a single star rating. With regards to your comments, we do not use disinfectant foot baths as it has been scientifically proven these foot baths hold more bacteria than they kill. It is in our guests hygiene interest to advise to shower before entering pool areas for which we have clear signage and provide poolside showers to assist with. These cleaning operational processes are mandatory to maintain the high hygiene levels which we hold, which is reflective in our housekeeping team being named as the NIHF Housekeeping award for 2013. We do apologise for any inconvenience which was caused to you and we hope this does not deter you from future visits. Kindest Regards Roe Park Resort

My husband and I stayed here for two nights with B&B and one evening meal, although we enjoyed the included dinner so much we opted to return the following evening also. The staff are faultless, everything is done in a pleasant and sincere manner. The service in the restaurants was second to none as was the food in the coach house . The weakest link in the whole experience was breakfast, not the staff but the actual food , it was disappointing. The porridge was like gruel, the cooked breakfast was tasteless as if it had been sitting out keeping warm for a long time and the coffee was just above lukewarm in temperature. We didn't say anything to the restaurant staff as we didn't feel it was their fault . It was only a small part of our overall experience & it didn't detract from our stay, we just chose different options for breakfast on the second morning. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family.

just returned home from a nights stay including the meal package and have to say myself and wife were very very impressed with the whole experience.i could go into a whole speel here but in point form 1- food in the coach house is second to none and staff very efficient and polite. 2- breakfast of a high quality, plenty to choose from and again staff efficient and polite. 3- staff at reception friendly and courteous. 4- our room, 151 the 'lotus room', massive, spotless and a fantastic surprise to us as we were upgraded to here from a superior room. 5- pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all great. 6- hotel itself spotless, very quiet and peaceful. 6- roe park right on hotel doorstep and enjoyed a walk there in beautiful spring sunshine. we will definately be back and congratulation should be exended to the management and staff for running, in our view, a wonderful place!
