Springwell Manor Health Farm

Well, what can I say, this place is absolutely perfect – words cannot even begin to describe the experience we shared. As soon as we drove up the driveway I knew that I would love this place. We were greeted on arrival by a lovely lady and shown to our room. The room was beautiful, spotless and spacious with a double bed and two single beds, TV, facilities for making tea/coffee, a dresser and hair dryer. The bathroom was beautiful with a lovely big bath and walk-in shower. We then took a journey into Coleraine to do some shopping – and arrived back to Springwell Manor later that evening to be greeted by Jenny. She was so welcoming, offering us tea/coffee or a bite to eat - it was evident she loved her job; nothing could be too much to ask.

The following morning we had breakfast; there was a great selection of cereal and the option of a fry. We both opted for a fry which was gorgeous, left us full up and ready for a day of treatments. Jenny discussed the daily schedule with us ensuring the timing suited us. First up I had a full body massage – it was fantastic! So relaxing, followed by the Turkish bath treatment and spa treatment. This is definitely the place to go and rewind and relax. After treatments, it was time for lunch – homemade soup, wheaten bread and sandwiches – like mentioned before, the food was gorgeous.

The whole experience was unforgettable and so memorable – we will definitely be back!

The Springwell Manor experience starts when you leave the main road and enter the driveway leading up to this beautiful house set in the countryside.

On arrival we received a genuine friendly welcome from our host Jenny, we felt totally at ease from that moment on. In the cosy guest lounge we enjoyed coffee and homemade biscuits before being shown to a very spacious, totally spotless bedroom and ensuite bathroom with bathrobes etc. There was tea and coffee facilities available in the room as well as in the guest dining area on the ground floor. There you could relax with a magazine and help yourself to speciality teas, coffees and home made biscuits (which were delicious!)

We slept well and enjoyed a tasty breakfast. There was a wide selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt etc. You could also have a cooked breakfast which was cooked to order.  We wouldn't normally eat a large breakfast so we opted for bacon and eggs. A good portion, tasty and no greasy plate!

Included in our B&B package was a Turkish & Spa Bath. We added on  Beauty Treatments with Collette. A very enjoyable experience from start to finish.

It didn't end there! ... Our package also included a lunch of home made soup, wheaten bread and a selection of freshly made sandwiches. Very tasty,  it set us up for our drive home.

We  would very highly recommend Springwell Manor for a special break.  For us it was "girlie time"  but it would be just as special to visit with your partner. You will be very well looked after to the point of being spoilt rotten! Jenny is one of the nicest people we have ever had the pleasure  to meet.  We arrived as guests and left as friends.... We will be back !

We arrived here Sunday 20 November just after 7.00. We couldn't have wished for a warmer welcome from Jenny our hostess. Abolustely gorgeous house, clean spotless. Jenny welcomed us, showed us to our room. Three beds, one double and two single. Pleasantly decorated and again spotless. The bathroom was huge and had both bath and shower. We were told we could reside in our room or use the lounge available. Our breakfast was 9.30 am the next morning, we were also using the treatments available. We had the Turkish Spa, facial, spa bath and waxing, everything was organised and well done. The staff Jenny has were also so pleasant. We also had our lunch included in our stay, gorgeous home made soup and fresh sandwiches made to our choice. Before we knew it our stay was over. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back again, I have promised my daughter we will return for her 18th.

I went with three other girl friends for my friends 40th and it was fabulous. From the minute you make contact with Jenny, nothing is too much trouble and she will cater for your every wish. The minute you walk through the door of the beautiful Manor House, set in impressive gardens, there is a very tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. Jenny will introduce herself and explain your day. We then got changed into lovely fluffy dressing gowns and slippers and remained in them until we left 6 hours later! We had a variety of treatments, all of which were fantastic. We were provided with a lovely wholesome lunch and continued on with our treatments, carried out by very courtious and professional staff. Nothing was rushed and at no time did we feel we were just another client. Jenny obviously loves her work and it shows in her lovely approach. We will definitely be back for more and include an over night stay.
Don't even consider any where else as it just wouldn't compete!!

Room Tip: Just be prepared to have a lovely experience!

I opted for the B&B instead of the full spa weekend. Jenny is a perfect host, and I had fabulous treatments while I stayed as well. Convenient location to Coleraine for evening meals. Also not far from the beach for nice walks. I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend here and would recommend it for anyone looking for some much-needed down-time.
