“Family break”

What a lovely hotel, took the wife, daughter and 2 grandchildren one 5 years old and other 10 months, the staff could not do enough for us, they all interacted with the children which was good , the family room was stunning, views over the beach and the sea, balcony to relax in the evening, with our room close by, both rooms were very clean, it was perfect, there is a lovely long and clean beach a stone’s throw from the hotel be it a very steep walk back. Great choice of food for all, well-cooked and at a great price, in all for the 2 days it was fantastic, so much that we have booked to again next month and would highly recommend staying there.

Room Tip: Try and get a room with the sea views, well worth it no matter the weather

On entering this establishment we were greeted by two helpful receptionists, they asked if we needed help with luggage even though we only two small overnight cases. The room was bright due to the double bay window, the view was lovely, people enjoying the beach and also the golf course. The bathroom decorated to a high standard, we liked the arrangement of 5 towels, the hotel's logo was etched on the mirror in the shower which was eyecatching. We asked for larger cups as the ones provided were small, but within ten minutes we had them along with a pot of fresh coffee. The four poster bed was really comfy, pillows were like cottonwool. Our dinner in the hotel was lovely, salmon&steak both cooked to perfection.

Room Tip: There are rooms with a balcony but we preferred the extra room in the suite , we stayed in the Jeffe...

3 nights getaway in very pleasant surroundings marred on one night by inconsiderate wedding revellers - advisable to check when booking. Suite very spacious and comfortable with great views. All staff very helpful, cheerful and friendly from reception to dining room. Food at breakfast and dinner (set menu, a la carte and buffet) excellent with a wide choice. Close to beach and to Portrush/Portstewart and ideal for Giants Causeway just down the coast. Would stay again. Book well in advance.

Room Tip: Front sea views expensive but worth it.

We were on a day trip to Portrush and went for a bit to eat it was the last work.It was very busy when we got there but that made no difference ,the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful she asked had we booked but we had no but were to that was not a problem we were taken to a table in the bar which is a beautiful surroundings and decor just beautiful , we were given menus and told we could go through to the dining room and see the carvrey which was a great selection , the staff there are so efficient and friendly a credit to the manager and the owner. I ate from there and second to none the beef was like chocolate no faults at all and we had 1 order from the menu which had no faults the kid ate carvrey which they loved it 2 Fantastic place and food .Pity they had not been available for our last trip but I believe you have to book well in advance I can see why . I'll be going back there and hopefully no before long.

We had a marvellous party here, and the food in the carvery was delicious. I have a gluten free diet and all 3 courses were very tasty... in fact I would say it was the best GF gravy I've ever had.
The room is lovely with wonderful sea views, and the staff are very efficient and helpful.
The meat was really lovely!

Stayed here for 1 night recently and was greated by a very welcoming receptionist, who helped me lots the next day to plan my trip. Lovely room - quiet with excellent facilities, although the hotel deor in general was a bit dated. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. Dried sausages and hash browns, tinned fruit - really really awful.

I travel to Coleraine regularly on business. It took me a while to find a hotel that I felt really welcomed a regular visitor. The Royal Court is it. I stay here a couple of times a month. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are well sized and well maintained, and the food is wholesome and plentiful. I doubt there is a restaurant in the UK where you can enjoy a better sunset whilst you eat - the views over the causeway coast are stunning.
As a business traveller breakfast starting at 8:00am is a little late. However, the staff are always accommodating and will arrange something earlier if you require it.
