Stayed here for 2 nights recently for a family wedding .
Upon arrival we met brigid who was so friendly and helpful getting us sorted quickly after a long drive with 3 children
We had a family room was huge 2 double beds and 1 single
The bar staff were so friendly lovely little bar to relax in the evening
Must not forget the night Porter who happily served us late drinks and had a chat so friendly

The wedding was here in the hotel it was just fabulous everything was lovely food was fantastic plenty of everything

Lovely little play ground for kids to play in

Can't wait to visit again soon we travel a lot and I have to say this was definitely the best welcoming hotel we have stayed in a long time it's hard to find that these days ..

Thanks for a great stay hope to visit again soon

We stayed 2 nights over the Bank Holiday weekend whilst over in Northern Ireland to work the Causeway Mini show.
We got a lovely warm greeting and were quickly sorted with our room.
The room was great, spacious, clean and well laid out including bathrobes and slippers.
We are at the hotel both evenings and it was prompt service and the food was tasty with very good portion sizes-too big if I'm honest (but I ate it all ha)
If I've any concern it was that the hotel state breakfast is from 8am, however it wasn't ready to eat at 8, more like 8.15 and we had work to get to. One of our party members who had stayed here previously expected that as it was the same on that visit.
Great location for where we needed to be, very friendly staff including all the ladies cleaning when I nipped back for some things during the day.
Would definitely recommend.

we had an overnight stay here at the Bank Holiday weekend. we had booked a superior room which was fantastic....would be classified more as a suite at other hotels. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was good The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us. It is within walking distance of the town. Highly recommend

Brought my boyfriend here for an overnight stay and dinner in the Ramore. I emailed the hotel in advise to tell them that it was my partners birthday and they upgraded our room and it was really lovely. Nice big bed and massive bathroom, great views, tv and hairdryer, also free wifi!! They brought breakfast to the room (free of charge) and it was a massive feed!! We have stayed here twice and I literally dont have a bad word to say. Thank you!!

It is a bit out of town and away from City Centre but that was ok. We ate at their restaurant which was simple but a good value. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. The servers seemed now. The rooms were clean and quiet. Looking for a quick, easy stop and this filled the bill perfectly!

Quick note: they have those metered dispensers in the bar. Every one was set for 35 cl EXCEPT for Jameson, which was set at 25 cl! The bartender couldn't explain why...
