Arriving on Saturday August 11th was a hassle. We had no idea this town would be so busy, it took 20 minutes to get to our hotel and thrn there was no parking space. It turned out everobe was waiting for the piper’s parade, but since we didn’t know we were quite taken by surprise. After moving the car, we returned to our rooms, which ate actually lovely.
The bathroom is quite large in comparison to our earlier experience in Ireland; the room comfy and cosy, even including a table, three chairs and a practical cupboard to store luggage.
Breakfast in the morning is good, several fresh items to choose from, and hot dishes including pancakes, sausahes, bacon and fried eggs.
