“Awesome!”

We stayed in the Atlantis Hotel last night and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room was lovely, warm and clean. The decor of the hotel was unique- funky velvet chairs, leather thrones, gold sofas, big pink and green cushions..the food at the restaurant was amazing- fresh chunky chips and goujons and the BEST steak we have EVER eaten..the honeycomb sundae dessert was delicious, butterscotch sauce to die for!! We ate lunch the next day and it was just as yummy!!all the meals were served in quirky shaped plates and bowls which added to individual look the Atlantis seemed to be going for..would go back in a heartbeat..Great location and easy to find hotel. Go check it out!

This hotel was a joke, our room was like a panic room it was that small. The service at the restaurant was no better, we waited nearly half an hour to get served and when we did it was all messed up. We got our breakfast the next morning and it was a joke again, i had one mushroom chopped up and spread across my plate with one sausage, bacon and some fried bread, you would get fed better in jail. Will never be back here again !!Do not normally write these reveiws but i just had to with this hotel as it was not worth the money.

booked into atlantis with a group of 10 aged between 18 and 70 all girls planning to celebrate exam results of the previous week. now we all know kellys of the 70s and choose it for that reason, the staff were fantastic, the food and decor great, the best breakfast , freshly cooked i have ever had in portrush ang an absolute pleasure in all our staff encounters, the room was a tad too warm and lots of corridors but slept like a log although didnt go to bed till partying was over, how could we that was why we were there going back next week.

Was there for 3 nights room 10 we our sleep was continiously interrupted by the familyroom above us kids we running a riot around the room the floor boards were very creaky and light on the last night some ladies were constantly running in and out of their room talking loudly in the corridor even setting of the smoke alarms And this was at 5am I did complain on both instants but nothing was done. It's a shame because with better sound proofing from other guests I would give it top marks

We were a family of three staying a Wednesday and Thursday night. When booking into the hotel at short notice, Debbie at reception (Outstanding) informed us that on a Wednesday Night we might experience some noise between 0100 and 0200 in the morning as the Nightclub next door will close and customers will be leaving. My wife is a light sleeper however, the noise was very low and rapidly got lower as the taxis lelt the area as we were informed would happen.

This was a very minor point and only happens on Wednesday and Saturday nights. We as a family found the hotel and staff OUTSTANDING from start to finish. The standard of the rooms and furnishing is excellent as is the entire service within the hotel from the experienced staff. We as a family will be back again without hesitation each person should experience this for themselves, including the amazing full cooked breakfast.

On the last day we even slept in and missed breakfast however, the staff said dont worry and cooked us our breakfast at 10:30am having already cleared after all the other customers. In my experience other hotels would have just said unlucky! This is just another example of the type of staff you will experience within this hotel. Thank you all for us having a great time!

I have had the pleasure of eating in this restarunt for lunch and dinner and believe that it measures up to the highest standards delivered in any other restarunt in this country. I am somewhat amused to read some of the comments on this site. I have travelled the world and eaten in the best establishments and as someone involved in the service industry and who recognises the importance of "quality" I have no hesitation in recommending Atlantis for an Excellent eating experience.... If it's good enough for Darren Clarke then it is surely good enough for the predictible Wingers from within our so sophisticated society. Congratulations to all at Atlantis

We stayed here for two nights. We were in room 2 and friends in room 1, these were classed as 'suites' by the staff and were very spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were always charming, friendly and helpful.
At breakfast there was a range of juices, cereals, crossiants, bread, toast etc as well as cooked breakfast.
We had checked this website after booking and were a little apprehensive about what we were coming to. In fact we thought about cancelling; I'm so glad we didn't.
At night, there was a little noise in the way of music but I'm not sure if that was the nightclub next door. It didn't last for long and my husband slept through it!
Amazingly we paid £80 per night per room so the weekend was very affordable.

Room Tip: Phone ahead and ask for a quiet room.
