My wife, four children and I visited here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. The food was very good and was reasonably priced for the quality. The waitress was accommodating of all of our requests too. Will definitely visit again.

The food was good but i looked at the menu online before going and saw they had venison and rabbit and i wanted to try something new so was a bit disappointed to get there and find the usual steak, chicken or fish. I had the fish it was nice but nothing special and to be honest it was overprised for what you got. The service was good but had to wait some time for our desert order to be taken. Glad i have tried this as i have heard many good reviews but we wont be back as you get the same quality of food in places all over NI at a better price and more of it.

Just returned from a beautiful Valentines Meal with my Wife. The Menu was exquisite and as always a gastronimique delight. The Prawn & Choritzo Linguine Sublime. Scallops & Fishcake with Clonkilty Black Pudding amazing. The mains just set your taste buds alive. Salmon Fillet cured in Beetroot - Seared Rib Eye Steak with Foie Gras Butter. Need I say more! The Sweet Platter for 2 a delight. This place just continues to go from strength to strength. How do you improve on perfection?

We visited on a Sunday and had the 3 course menu which we found was good value including a free child's meal with any adult meal bought. The service was friendly and helpful. It was child friendly which is very good for such a nice restaurant. Overall very happy and will visit again.

My wife and I are semi-regular visitors, (slighlty less so since they opened the equally lovely Potted Hen, a sister restaurant in Belfast) and visited twice in December, so I felt the need to add another 5 star review. As always the menu changes regularly so we weren't in danger of duplication, just the Christmas themed dishes were the same.
Over the last few years the quality and value has retained the same impeccably high standard. the decor has had a change, mainly for the better. There is a new host/head waiter and he is a credit to the restaurant and his mum. The presentation has gone up a notch and is more stylish and avant garde than before. Pricing has crept up a little, but only about 10% rise in 5 years, and with Sunday lunch of three gorgeous courses for £23 it still matches restaurants of half its quality. (though perhaps that was for xmas run-in only as I recall it hitting £22 over a year ago and dropping back to £20 in the new year)
