Went for a mid week stay recently and Had a Fantastic Stay. Apologies I may get some names wrong , but if my memory serves me right.. right from Nikki at reception, Andrea our 5 Star Waitress and Yvonne i think in the bar. They all showed the warmth and hospitalty that was fitting for this Cozy, Warm, Unique Venue.. Excellent how we were walked to our room and showed around, then from the efficient service in bar from Yvonne while we ordered dinner.Andrea Our waitress was excellent throughout without being too much and even helped us find out info on Bushmills Distillary & Giants Causeway etc etc She was IRISH, bubbly and very polite. Great to see. We ordered room service breakfast and it was excellent also. Room was clean and comfortable.. An Excellent Stay and Will Defo Be Back! :) just a few small tid bits that i forgot to mention..... i said on making reservation that was celebrating special occasion but this was never mentioned again or asked about.. and TV channels were great quality (maybe because of this annoying digital switchover) But these 2 small things did not hinder our Amazing Night Away.

We stayed two nights in the Bushmils inn hotel for my husbands 40th birthday. As soon as we arrived to check in my husband was greeted and wished a happy birthday immediately from the lovely reception staff, we were then escorted to our room where a birthday card was waiting (from the hotel) which was a lovely touch. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and kept in charactor with the hotel, the bathroom/shower were perfect with loads of hot water and well fitted out. The lovely walk-in dressroom with his/her dressing gowns and slippers were a treat and the complementary shortbread biscuits were gorgeous. I love the entire decor and character of the hotel, the lovely open fires the nooks and crannies the low lighting (so romantic), the loft where we were served an amazing cream tea on the saturday. The staff are all amazing and so good at their jobs, they are professional and attentive and so friendly. Beautiful live traditional irish music on the saturday night in the bar area was so lovely and entertaining. A special thankyou to reception staff, to Robin in the bar (a little gem) and to Frances in the restaurant who made us feel so relaxed and at home. All restaurant/bar/hotel staff were lovely and excellent at their jobs. Its all the little touches that make your stay here special. The food was beautiful we ate in the restaurant both nights and were not disappointed. The hotel was only a 2 mile walk from the causeway which was great and a lovely way to spend our saturday. Well recommended and for a special weekend away you will not be disappointed, looking forward to a return visit.

Cosy pub environment serving predominantly local food. Portions, however, are small. Staff were very attentive and added character. I loved the brass chandelier over the staircase. Any easy walk from most places in town.

I stayed in the Bushmills Inn with my girlfriend and parents in September, and we loved our stay. The public areas of the hotel are steeped in character; little nooks and crannies, fires you can attend to yourself if you wish, and the smell of peat filling the air. Just wonderful, and a really lovely place to relax and unwind.

The room was really quite large, and very traditionally appointed. The shower was great, and the bathroom generally well fitted out. Staff were wonderfully friendly from check in to, all too soon, check out. We had a light meal in the bar, which was lovely, and dinner in the restaurant, which was exceptional. You'll not be surprised to know the Guinness is great!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, particularly to those seeking an authentically traditional experience of Northern Ireland. There's really very little around the hotel; Bushmills itself is a small town that seems to really be feeling the effects of the recession, but that doesn't detract from the hotel. The distillery is definitely worth a visit; prices are slightly cheaper than supermarkets, which always helps!

Well recommended!

Stayed 2 nights with dinner. Staff wonderful and went the extra mile. Old coaching inn with modern extension in Irish cottage style. Roughcast walls, ex[posed beams & tongue & groove boarding. Rooms good size and comfortable, but window frames filthy. Poor view over car park and fuel tanks/ generator and shipping container. Food of good quality and well presented. Niggardly though, 2 scallops only in the starter. Sirloin steak over £20 and then £3-£4 per item for sides. The menu was limited in scope. This is really poor value for money and the marketeers ought to consider giving value for money. So - Cosy pub with rooms, 4star provision of rooms. Limited gastropub menu. £500 for 2 nights half board in an inferior room was not good value

We stayed here only one night and wish it had been more. The staff were so friendly and we were even contacted before we arrived to help us with a dinner reservation for our Friday evening. This was so thoughtful and easy and we really enjoyed our meal. The hotel is very conveniently located on Main Street and to the Giant's Causeway and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit and for more than one night.
