We caught the last tour of the day and were met with friendly staff everywhere we turned. The tour itself was really informative and was much better than the tourist-centric ones that you might experience at Guinness and Jameson. Obviously there's some items specifically geared toward tourists (the side by side comparisons of the ages of whiskey, the different flavour and aroma profiles, etc). but the 100 degree heat that you feel when you walk through one of the rooms reminds you that this place is for real. Plus there's free whiskey at the end!
