“Okay..”
Reviewed April 14, 2013

Quick, simple tour and a shot of Whiskey at the end, competently done and a fair way to spend 90 minutes or so but dont go out of your way for this destination...

“If you like whiskey, you will love this place”
Reviewed April 13, 2013 via mobile

Be our the smell of the place or the history behind it, it is a definite must for whisky lovers.

By the way, get the 12 year old distillery reserve.... It's one of the best I've ever had

“Interesting tour, no photography, cool history”
Reviewed April 12, 2013

Considering its expansive reach, the distillery has a small feeling, and you go from building to building, up and downstairs to check out different parts of the entire whiskey making process. The last tour was at 4:00pm, which we made just in time. The tour lasts about 30 min and you get a free whiskey at the end, followed by the obligatory gift shop. At this time they are selling a 12 year old bottle that is only sold on site, and can be personalized. Free wi-fi throughout and friendly people. Entry fee was 7 pounds I believe.

“Interesting tour”
Reviewed April 6, 2013

A very interesting tour including sample at the end. More use of a microphone in production areas would have been appreciated. The cafe is excellent and surprisingly good value. There was a very strict atmosphere which in my opinion made it hard to relax. Unlike at a Scottish distillery I have visited, no pictures were allowed anywhere on site.

“Well worth the visit.”
Reviewed April 3, 2013

Again this showcases the high standards of customer service in Northern Ireland. Great tour guide who was well informed and able to answer any question. It was really interesting to see the who whiskey making process and to be able to understand what was being done and why. Thank you. When the person with me was unable to finish the tour a lovely gentleman accompanied her to the bar and furnished her with a tipple.
