Stopped here for some lunch on the Game of thrones tour!.. couldn’t fault the food and the atmosphere, the open fire was a welcoming touch too considering it was FREEEEZING! however was just a little pricey for what you got.

Would recommend!! : )

After a lovely visit to the Giants Causeway with our Auzzie cousins, we made our way to ‘The Nook’, a quaint pub a minutes walk from the visitors centre, what a great location for lunch. Lovely fire, friendly staff, great food and Guinness, we didn’t want to leave. We ordered beef burger, pulled pork burger, fish (haddock) and chips and scampi. All top notch quality, reasonable price, local and fresh. Great atmosphere, we will be back.

We have enjoyed visits to the Nook before but havent been in a while so decided to go for lunch yesterday when we were at the North Coast. Food was fine but SO expensive - soup & a slice of bread was £6.50, a side of chips was £5 AND they charged us 30p for a glass of tap water!!!! Obviously aiming at one-off visits by tourists to the Giant's Causeway, we certainly wont be back with prices like that!

We can’t fault the scones, warmed with butter, cream and jam with a well deserved cup of tea after a walk but it is absolutely extortionately priced. Nice as a treat but clearly aimed at tourists coming to the causeway

My wife and I had lunch here. Chicken mayo sandwiches and a cherry scone to share. This was all lovely but the jam and “cream” which came with the scone were very disappointing. A small packet of jam (more like jelly than jam) and what tasted like whipped cream from a can, definitely not clotted cream as you would expect. At £6.50 for a sandwich, small bit of salad and a few crisps the prices are a bit steep. And £4 for a Hot Chocolate... after a visit to the Causeway you are limited to what/where is on offer for lunch or a snack, so overall tasty food and friendly staff but you would expect more for the prices they are charging.
