“A stunning location”
Reviewed August 30, 2013

My wife and I visited Craig Cottage in August 2013. From the first enquiry re availability to the moment we checked out Rosemary was a superb hostess. The location of Craig cottage is in a stunning location with superb sea views. We based ourselves here because it is ideally situated to use as a base when walking the Causeway Coast Path a walk that is highly recommend. I nearly forgot.....Rosemary's breakfasts are fantastic and keep you going all day.
Thank you Rosemary we will be back soon.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view

A wonderful welcome awaits you at Craig Cottage. Rosemary is the perfect hostess. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is very filling and will last you well into the day. The cottage is spotlessly clean and comfortable. We felt very much at home. The view from the breakfast table will stay in our memory for a long time. The cottage is well positioned for you to enjoy the many attractions that Northern Ireland has to offer. Don't miss Tor Head!

Room Tip: Ask for the room with the coastal view... it's stunning to wake up to!

We stayed here for one night with friends on 16th August 2013. Rosemary made us feel very welcome in the time we had there. Excellent accommodation and breakfast. The view was to die for. Who could ask for a better view of the coast while eating a lovely breakfast the morning after. Situated in a quiet spot but worth it. Giants Causeway was just a car ride away. Fabulous scenery. Well worth the stay and hope to stay here some time in the future!

Ideally placed between the Giants Causeway and the Carrick Rope Bridge, both spectacular to visit, you will find Craig Cottage B+B. What a fabulous find!! On arrival, Rosemary the hostess with the mostess, gives the most concise, yet knowledgeable brief of the area, and then provides a lovely warm room , guest lounge and care and attention that will stay with you forever! The breakfast and views from the room are wonderful. The Antrim coast has a refined beauty all of her own, don't miss it!! You can walk from the front door, to loads of sites eg Port Braddon, Causeway, Ballintoy-where the film Game of Thrones, was shot, White Park Bay which is the most spectacular beach, so nice that a herd of cows decided to visit on the same day we did! Ballintoy has pubs with traditional Irish music - a great Craic!

Room Tip: There is a double room overlooking the ocean- with great views of the Scottish isle Islay. The Porri...

We stayed here for just one night so we could shoehorn the Giants Causeway into our very brief stay in Northern Ireland, and I'm so glad I found this B&B. Only a couple of miles from the Causeway, we were able to go down first thing to see it, and be back in time for breakfast! Rosemary was so welcoming and sweet, a really lovely lady.

The breakfast was delicious and set us up for our busy day ahead. The room was comfortable and clean, we all slept very soundly. And the view across the coastline from our room was a very pleasant way to start the day.

In our hurry to leave, we left a few things including a couple of the children's cuddly toys, which Rosemary very kindly packaged and returned to us back in Bristol. Highly recommended, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
