Well equipped and spotlessly clean as well as good value for your money. Just a bit difficult to find because the street sign is only visible once you have gone past

“Great location”
Reviewed August 6, 2017 for a stay in July 2017

As a family of , which included 3 generations we found an ideal spot for us to all meet and spend time together. High view cottage worked very well for us providing good space, comfy beds & sofa bed. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom space. Ideal we had our own patio , shame weather wasn't kinder to us. Tv and wifi worked to the delight of my parents & children. Cottage was very warm, cleaned to a very high standard and lots of bedding and towels provided. Our host was available to message anytime, we did and she could not have been more helpful or friendly.
Overall, we will return to explore more of the area. Our only regret is we didn't book for longer.

“Very comfortable accommodation in good location to tour the Dales and local attractions”
Reviewed July 6, 2017 for a stay in June 2017

Beautiful views from the house which is located 4 miles from Skipton and easy access to the Dales, the canal and Worth Valley steam railway and museum both worth a visit. Malham Cove was lovely in sunshine and the view from the top is worth the effort. A rather cold day was spent profitably in Hawes followed by the Wensleydale Creamery.

The cottage is fully equipped and very comfortable and Gemma readily available if any problems arise.

“Lovely cottage, excellent location”
Reviewed June 22, 2017 for a stay in June 2017

The two of us had a lovely week here in a cottage that comfortably sleeps 4. The location is great with a view across the Aire Valley and a frequent train service into nearby Skipton. The cottage is modern and very well equipped with a pleasant outdoor space. The host, Gemma is next door and was always friendly and helpful.

“Perfect”

Three of us have just spent four nights here. The cottage was spotless, the beds and bedding excellent and everything worked. Lovely and warm, constant hot water and good shower pressure. Wifi was brilliant too.

For future visitors, the cottage is at the top of a hill but you can park right by the door. The stairs in the house are steep but perfectly manageable - my Mum is 84 and my Husband slightly disabled from a stroke and they coped without difficulty.

Gemma was very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Highly recommended.

The detached cottage is quiet with a modern, spotless interior, equipped with all you need for a break away. Gemma is organised, with clear directions, and welcoming on arrival. It's well placed for walks and visiting the local area, we had a very relaxing w/end away.
