Disappointed in level of quality and comfort of hotel. Did not feel like a real Ritz Carlton. In October we stayed 10 days in Ritz Carlton’s in China and earlier in LA with great experience. I am a Platinum Marriott Member and have a certain expectation.
Hallways very dirty do to lack of maintenance .. could have been cleaned regularly was not pleasant walking the long hallways to our room. No excuse to say carpets are to be replaced.
Breakfast was very poor quality food and was not up to par with a real resort like 4 Seasons. Limited selection at buffet. Only 1 visit. Venue was not pleasant.
Resort overall was not comfortable, poor design and quality of furnishings in lobby area, bar area and pool area. Not a real resort feel, could not relax. More like a 3 or 4 star resort.
Most staff provided good service, BUT reception and concierge needs training on customer service. Greeting and departing at reception was cold.
The room was nice, not over the top, clean and updated. Mattress quality was poor.More
