Hello and thank you for your review.

Would you mind being more specific to why you felt it so terrible to leave us a one star review.

Could you please let us know if it was the set menu or the sharing tray in which you are referring to please?

Both two items are our most popular choices when dining so am truly baffled to why you say it was terrible.

Can you let me know when you dined with us so we can refer to our kitchen and my staff on that date...

most importantly did you mention at the time to a waitress/waiter you did not enjoy your meal so we had a chance to rectify the problem!

If you could let me know What table you were sat so I can look into these complaints in more detail.

Please email me @ hello@bonechinatruro.com

Thank you
Vicky

I booked a table stating it was my mums 60th birthday and we were bringing her for an afternoon tea. When we arrived we were taken to a lovely room, just the 3 of us.
The whole place is very quirky and the decoration is beautifully vintage.
We ordered some drinks and agreed to have the afternoon tea. The drinks came quickly but the afternoon tea took another half an hour which was quite a wait considering we had pre-ordered it.
When it came it was amazing! A nice balance of sweet and savory treats and we even had to take a doggy bag home.
Will certainly be visiting here again. Thank you for treating us so well.

Came with a friend in February. Lovely building and love the decorations. Great service. The pork nachos are the best!

Visited by chance on a Friday evening and we were lucky to get the last available table as the restaurant was very busy. We were served by a lovely waitress(Niamh) who looked after us very well. We ordered a sharing tray which took us by surprise the amount of food which was presented. The food was very tasty and although we tried every dish we were unable to finish it all. I must add that when you visit Bone China take the time to look around at your surroundings as the decor is very quircky and interesting.

Lovely quirky restaurant. A lovely atmosphere and interestingly decorated. Food was ok, we had the sharing tray. Cocktails were very nice. What made our night though was the excellent service from all the staff. A special mention to Niamh who was a delight and a credit to the restaurant.
Would recommend for a fun meal out.
