“Lovely place to stay”
Reviewed October 19, 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Went for a weekend break with my sister, brother in law and husband. We received a warm welcome and the cottage was spotless and well stocked with the essentials. Not far from Truro it is a welcoming place in really lovely countryside. Would recommend this letting.

“Peaceful location and excellent quality accommodation”
Reviewed July 23, 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Firstly don't be put off by the apparently remote location - it really is just 5 minutes from the main A39 and the directions provided made it easy to find.
Beautiful spot and high quality accommodation. Lovely outdoor space and very peaceful even though the barn is close to the road there is so little traffic it makes no difference.
Saw owners on arrival and departure - very friendly and helpful. Lovely cream tea on arrival.
Great spot for getting to Truro and for north coast beaches, Perranporth and Newquay especially.
Would recommend.

“Lovely home away from home”
Reviewed May 21, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Finding it the first time was challenging but the moment we saw the barn, we loved it and the home comforts did not disappoint. Lovely home baked scones, Cornish clotted cream and homemade jam were waiting for us - what a lovely welcome to Cornwall. Blessed with sunny weather, the deck was a great place for our evening cocktails and even dinner when it was not that cold. I was lucky to catch the sunrise one morning and it was a sight to behold. Blissfully quiet, a great place to rest after a long hectic day walking all over Cornwall. Thank you Judith and Steve for the warm welcome and the help in planning some of our walks.

“Skyber is a cosy, well equipped barn conversion in a rural attractive location.”
Reviewed January 1, 2015 for a stay in December 2014

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, everything you need is provided and to a high standard. It was very warm and welcoming and the homemade mince pies were appreciated. A car is a must and the location is inaccurate on the map. There are lovely views, quiet and only a short drive to Truro.

“Excellent Property - Ideal for a quiet getaway. Not far from Truro.”
Reviewed September 27, 2014 for a stay in September 2014

We really enjoyed this property conversion. Very comfortable and every convenience required.
The owners are very welcoming and helpful should you ever need anything. The situation is secure and not too far from the amenities of theTruro area, however both coasts are easily reachable by car which is a necessity really for this holiday location. Many attractions are nearby. We found the local inns and pubs generous with their food helpings and good value overall. We will be returning when next we wish to holiday in this area of Cornwall.

“Fantastic location and property”
Reviewed June 14, 2014 for a stay in July 2013

A charming detached property, set in a rural location within easy access of Truro and Newquay by car. There are numerous places to visit, including a number of beautiful beaches accessible by a short car journey. The property has gated access and is completely safe and secure for children to play. There is a lovely decked area and the accommodation itself it's spacious and finished to a high standard. There are stunning views to enjoy and the owners make you feel very welcome.
