If you wish to stay in a pleasant and genuinely welcoming place, then you must stay here. As other people have remarked, the owners make every effort to make your stay the best. The food is good.
If you like a good moan, try elsewhere, for you will be unlikely to find anything worth your sensorship here.
We especially liked the numerous decorative Galliformes in the dining room.. for they were very friendly too!

I took my daughter and 2 friends there for an overnight stay for them to study the sand dunes for an A level Geography project. The girls used the family room with which they were delighted. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, ensured that the girls were able to carry out their project and generally looked after them. Fantastic.

I have just returned from a four night stay at Morlyn. What a magnificent experience it was! The owners, Lisa and Steve Brooke, could not have been more friendly and helpful. They leave no stone unturned to make your stay as comfortable as possible - even making telephone calls on your behalf and surfing the internet to answer your questions and to make suggestions for your itinerary. Steve & Lisa even offered to prepare early breakfast to suit my day. The breakfasts are excellent with a wide and varied choice, not to mention the magnificent dinners. The meals are good value for money. I had an ensuite bedroom, personal lounge and balcony (with superb mountain views) with private entrance, all very clean and comfortable. The sea is within walking distance with magnificent sandy beaches. Morlyn is too good to be true - a must visit!

A super guest house with all the requirements for a relaxing stay. The accomodation was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts and evening meals were very good quality.

A quiet location with goods walks and beaches nearby, along with the history of Harlech.
All this made more pleasant with the hospitality and attention of Lisa and Steve who have recently aquired the business.

Highly reccomended.

We stayed at Morlyn first week of August 2007 when we were blessed with superb weather which added to our enjoyment. Beach, and station for west Wales coast line, within easy walking distance. The new owners, Lisa and Steve Brooke, (who took over in May) could not have been more friendly or helpful. We had excellent breakfasts with a wide and varied choice, and mostly ate dinner there for its good value. We had two bedrooms, lounge and balcony (superb mountain and sea views) with private entrance, all very clean and comfortable.
Only wanted to leave because the weather changed!

What a fantastic place - own private entrance, wonderful ensuite facilities and breakfasts to die for. MORLYN also offers evening meals, restaurant dining at a third of the price. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, and the upstairs rooms have fantastic views across the countryside and the sea too.

Great location for the beach, and the train station just over the road is great for venturing north or south of the coastline without the worry of driving.

Great to chill out.

In respect of the proprietors, nothing is too much trouble and will go that extra mile to ensure that you have a great stay
