It's a great hotel to stay, we recoment it to all our friends, family and colleagues. Some of them have visit the hotel and where also happy about ther stay. Stay like this and we will sure come back :)

Never seen such a pool in a hotel, 100 meters long and 50 meters wide. We really enjoyed. Also the program in the evenings was good. Evenings were rather cold but was not the hotels reason. We really enjoyed.

On arrival you notice how vast this resort is - nearly 1200 bedrooms! Check-in was speedy and a bit ‘here’s your keys, next!’ so it felt very much like you were just a number. This was our third hotel during our trip (both being much smaller) so I instantly thought we had booked the wrong hotel for us. But after exploring the resort, we really enjoyed it! There is a nightly ‘show’ with table service for drinks. The bedrooms are pretty dated, but very clean and all amenities - just try not to get lost & keep the map to hand. Yes, I felt similar to the previous reviewer about the extra charges (wifi, pool towel, safe etc.) but it can’t be helped (plus the safe is insured which I believe covers the charge). The staff at this hotel really made it for us! Reception team (we got a parking ticket as our car was facing the wrong way!) were so helpful in helping us get it resolved; Said in the Italian restaurant who was so funny and friendly; plus the 2 bartenders at ‘Bar Central’ - all really made such a difference. Location wise, the hotel is great, lots of shops, bars, restaurants and the dunes just a short walk away. We hope to return soon.

The poor quality of the towels, mattress, pillow and bedding let the hotel down. It is unreasonable to have a beach towel and be expected to pay to change it. Having to pay to use the safety deposit box in room is unreasonable too. Should have free Wi-fi in all areas not just in bar. Wi-fi poor.
Quality of food in evening buffet poor. Often luke warm and over stewed. Some vegetables bottled or had been frozen. Fish over cooked. We tried to find a maitre d to complain to one night but no one came too see to us. Drinking water should be free. There was water available at breakfast but all other times water was chargeable.
There were lots of loungers available poolside but it would be good to have some upright comfortable chairs as the loungers are very difficult to get off when you are more elderly.
The situation of the hotel is perfect and the public areas pools and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The hotel was very clean and our bedroom and bathroom were very clean too.

We chose a room without a sea view, but were very disappointed that the sun never came onto our balcony all day.The room (high level) faced the front of the hotel. This is a well presented hotel with lovely grounds and everything is kept clean and tidy. However, it is 4 star and the evening meal was definitely not of this standard. We had tinned vegetables, synthetic cream and very over cooked meat and fish.There was good choice, but the quality not so, in fact very disappointing. Breakfast was better with plenty of fresh fruit and choices, but again, the bacon was always overcooked.
It was often very difficult to get reception to answer a call from the room. It maybe that there are not sufficient staff, but we have never found this in previous hotels. Also, we have never paid for replacement pool towels (albeit under the pretence of giving to charity!) and the use of the room safe. These points let the hotel down, and we would probably neither choose or recommend this hotel for those reasons.

Room tip: Hard to say, but not facing the front!!
