We had a drizzling rain and as we stepped into the Hotel and met the Hotel Owners - I wanted to stay more than just a day. There was four of us and each had an excellent evening meal that concluded with a hot apple pie with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. The accomodations in the room were excellent and I love what they have done with the older house to keep some of the "Ambiance" of Wales. The following day the breakfast was wonderful and as we left for our next appointment I wanted to spend the next week at the hotel. It is a shame that others have not found this Hotel, but I expect to spend my next visit to Wales at the Dolforwyn Hall Hotel. My cap off to the Hotel Owners and especially the cook. Lovely visit.
