We decided on a last few days away at half term, after searching the various web sites we found the cottage & luckily available for our required dates.
The cottage was as described & in a great location even though it did not seem so when we arrived in torrential rain, the next mornings clear blue sky & sun made up for it.
The cottage has all you need in it, the bedrooms although not all that big were adequate, toilet & bathroom were also fine, plenty of space in the well equipped kitchen & the lounge area was comfortable with a decent size TV& 2 sofas.
It would have been nice if the fireplace had a real log burner instead of the electric imitation.
Access to the cottage we stayed in would not suit everyone as there was a number of steps to get down from the parking area but all of the other cottages were fine.
The location is very good with a 5 min drive into Twywn for the beach, pubs, shops & take aways.
We used the Railway Inn towards Tal - y - Lin ?? for food a couple of nights, it was well worth a visit good food with big portions & reasonable prices.
A couple of negatives- read all the info on the website as i didnt spot the towels are supplied but at an additional £2.50 per person, the electricity is on a meter at £5 per day ( saying that we only used about £8 in the 3 days ) dogs are welcome but at an additional £5 per night. This all added up to an additional £40 that was not clear.
Finally the cottage does not have WiFi, it says there is wifi in the laundry area but i never managed to find the laundry area ( i assume this is an area shared between the 5 or 6 cottages on the site ) with 2 teenagers this did cause long faces !!
All in all the cottage & the area are well worth a visit.
