The Soulman's back again after a few months to check on that little Italian spot in Bryanston. We were there shortly after the opening and wanted to see if it is still standing... and yes, it is. The service was as friendly as earlier this year, even more refined and attentive as the crew had enough time to fine-tune the skills in the meantime. The pasta served as a starter - great. The portion even looked to me more like a full dish: Penne were al dente, the olives tasty and the anchovies not too prominent. My first try on one of the meat dishes was enjoyable as well: A great rump sprinkled with gorgonzola cheese and balsamic vinegar - cooked to perfection and really lekker! The wine list has changed as well and there is a drop for every taste. Well done, ladies! Ci vediamo!
