A last-minute booking for 10, a week before their opening weekend, whilst the hosts were moving house and imminently expecting a new-born.....somehow Nick and Beth (the hosts) didnt even break into a sweat!

A fantastic luxury chalet with a lovely team who were incredibly helpful. Excellent food, great wine, very flexible hosts, and a lovely place to relax after a long day on the mountain. Many thanks to Nick, Beth and the team for making it a wonderful stay for all.

Room Tip: All rooms unique and spacious - all decorated expertly.

On a tight deadline from my publishers I travelled out to Morzine to finish writing a novel having spent several unproductive weeks writing in London. Thank God I did! Chalet Fourmiliere was perfect! A home from home (albeit a super luxury home) the quiet surroundings, amazing views and incredibly sunny decked terrace provided exactly the space and time I needed to complete my work.

Beth and Nick were welcoming and accommodating, on hand for anything at all that I needed, nothing was too much trouble and they wanted us to feel completely at home in their exquisite chalet. And having stayed in chalets all across Europe working as a travel writer I can quite honestly say I've never stayed in such a beautifully designed chalet.

I'm already booked in for a winter break with them, although this time I will definitely leave the work at home.

Thank you both (and a big thanks from my publisher!)

We are reasonably a experienced ski family who love our winter holidays. We wish we had found Chalet Fourmilliere sooner, because it is simply the best chalet in which we have ever stayed. Luxurious accommodation, first class food, unobtrusive yet friendly service from Nick, Beth and Debbie, for whom nothing was too much trouble and whose company we so enjoyed, we will return whenever we can - absolutely outstanding.

Room Tip: Just be guided by your hosts

Just returned from a truly fantastic weekend at Chalet Fourmiliere. Nick, Beth and Debby are the perfect hosts and could not have done more to make sure we had a great time. We were only away for three days and Beth had organised everything so brilliantly we were on the slopes within an hour of arriving at the Chalet - it was all made so easy for us.

The chalet has been refurbished to an extremely high standard and each room is beautifully decorated. Beth has a fantastic eye and the whole place is filled with lovely things adding to the wonderful atmosphere in the chalet. Nick is always on hand to take you whatever ski lift you choose and bring you home at the end of the day. Nick and Beth also make a superb team in the kitchen with Nick producing the most delicious evening meals and selecting perfect wines to drink with it and Beth creating mouth watering puddings and cakes for afternoon tea!

Beth's sister Debby is a ray of sunshine, always smiling, filling up your wine glass, planning our ski day or mixing a fantastic vodka & tonic!

Thank you to you all for making us feel so welcome, pampered & full! We will be back. Vicki

Have just returned from this absolutely amazing skiing experience! My first time to stay in a catered chalet and did we make the right choice or what!! Initially reticient about the fact it was not in the middle of town, we soon came to realise that this was not a problem! Beth and Nick dropped off and picked up whenever it was required and nothing was too much trouble to them. Beth's lovely sister, Debbie can only be described as charming, and served wine and food with a constant smile on her face. They are a great team - food is Nick's passion, and he served gastronomic delights which any michelin star restaurant would be proud of ! Beth is the woman behind the man, and responsible for the delicious cakes and deserts - Debbie is the right hand woman to both! They dont serve just any 'old plonk'- the wine each evening was carefully selected and so good!
There was a great atmosphere throughout our stay - the English Irish match created banter with Nick - he was outnumbered in his chalet! (Debbie, Beth and the three of us all being Irish!) He even wore a green tee shirt on St Patricks day!! (wonder who picked that one out for him!!)
The chalet itself is beautiful - very very comfortable, homely and it is clear that Beth has a talent for interior design! It is very enjoyable to meet other guests and get to know them over wine and food.
As well as skiing they are open for summer activities and apparently Les Gets has an amazing golf course which I would love to play. I would like to think I will be back in this wonderful place again, and hope to keep in touch ! Thank you Beth, Nick and Debbie! We will recommend your chalet to everyone we know!
Patricia

Room Tip: The whole chalet is peaceful and quiet - all the rooms are beautiful!

Thank you for your wonderful review. We LOVED having you, Dara & Bernie to stay with us for your first chalet experience here in Morzine. Thank you also for making St Patrick's Day 2012 one to remember although we'll forget about the Irish Rugby result.

It was a great week and we enjoyed every moment of having you all here and hopefully we'll be seeing you all again for skiing and perhaps some summer golf.

You only have to look at the website to admire the quality of the chalet and the reality exceeds the promise. This is a great chalet owned by a couple (Nick and Beth - with help from sister Debbie) that really get it. The menu and wines are excellent, the hospitality and attention to detail spot on and the chalet itself is a place you want to be. I've stayed in numerous places in Morzine and if your searching for 'boutique' or 'luxury' chalet, this should be the top of your list. I hope to return.
