I was one of a party who stayed in Chalet Lisiere earlier this month. I was really impressed with Skiology and most especially with Jamie, our chalet host. The food was excellent, and I still salivate when I remember that lemon drizzle cake ... Though not the most luxurious chalet I've ever stayed in, Chalet Lisiere was very warm, comfortable and welcoming. Having comfy chairs in the boot room for the daily wrestle with the footwear was a nice touch. And I appreciated having a shower/bath option - good to be able to have a soak after a long day on the slopes, knowing that Jamie was putting together a delicious meal downstairs ...
The chalet is 5 minutes' walk from the telepherique and the hostelries of Les Prodains, and a bus-ride from Morzine. Which is just fine if you aren't wanting to be living right in the heart of the apres-ski. Oh, and the skiing was great!
All-in-all, I think Skiology offer great value for money and I would certainly go back. In fact I wish I was going back tomorrow.
