We were picked up promptly from the airport by Jono and taken to our chalet. From the moment we landed at Chalet Eterle we were just spolied by our hosts, Steve and Alison. We have been on a few ski trips around the world and this was by far the best! Nothing was a problem, and Steve and Alison really went out of their way to make everything easier. The food was sensational, as good as some fine dining restaurants i've been too but at the same time homely dishes that satisfy, after a hard day on the slopes. Rooms were clean and spacious and the courtsey bus to the slopes in the morning is excellent. There were 4 kids in total in our group from 18 months to 14 years and our hosts really made sure everyone was looked after. The outdoor hot tub was a hit to ease those aching muscles and sample some French wine! I would just like to thank Alison and Steve and the team at Riders Refuge for making our holiday so special.

Went out to do the Passportes, and was amazed at how awesome Jill and Jono are. The accommodation was excellent, the food even better (they even made me a nutella cake!). location is perfect, a few minutes from the bars and the lifts. If I could recommend anywhere to go to in the Alps, it would be Morzine and anywhere to go to stay it would be Riders Refuge. Only positives to say. Soothing jacuzzi bath (loved my Alexander Meercat), Mutzig (say no more), bike store and bike repair /clean area. Just fantastic.

where to begin? we had a brilliant time with Riders Refuge in Chalet Eterle. The inclusive transfer brought us to the chalet where we received a warm welcome. lovely spacious chalet complete with hot tub, amazing after coming off the slopes. Boot warmers were a real treat too. Our hosts Alison and Steve were fantastic. We were truly spoiled with all of their culinary creations. We enjoyed how Alison and Steve were able to join in and shared many laughs together. I believe we achieved a few chalet firsts but you will need to ask about those when you arrive, hilarious! I strongly recommend you book up today, guaranteed fantastic holiday.
Team Jarvis had a blast!
THANKS SO MUCH Xx

Not having done the chalet skiing holiday before I was unsure what to expect. We travelled as a family group with friends and really enjoyed the relaxed yet excellent service. Alison and Steve the chalet staff were fantastic and homemade food was of a great quality. We had a 10 yo, 8yo, a baby and a vegetarian in our group and they could not have done anymore to accomodate all our needs. The outdoor hot tub was an amazing way to relax after a long day on the slopes. Layout of chalet was perfect for our group with two bedrooms connected through a shared bathroom and all the others ensuite. Chalet only 10 mins walk from centre of Morzine and the main lift (Pleny). We got a lift in the minibus there in the morning. Would recommend Chalet Eterle to anyone looking to spend time in Morzine
