My experience with Linda and Nigel was one of the highlights of my three month trip around Europe. I was staying there with 3 other friends for a period of 16 days of skiing Morzine and the Portes du Soleil region. When we first arrived Nigel and Linda happily arranged for us all to be located on the top floor together where we had access to our own bathroom.

Each morning we would come downstairs to magnificent breakfast which would set us up nicely for the day's activities. Linda would then drive us into town to the ski shop where we were able to pick up our gear (we were able to leave it there over night) and from there it is 2 or 5 minute walk to either of the lifts (depending on where you want to go). We usually arranged to be picked up at about 5:30, or a bit later if we were having some drinks, and would return home to a warm fire and a massive Leonberger.

With regards to cleanliness, the house was absolutely spotless. The showers and bathroom were extremely clean and comfortable to use, and Nigel and Linda were happy to provide us with clean towels. After a week of skiing we were also pleased to find that our bedding had been changed!

I couldn't recommend this place enough. My mates and I had an absolute blast and it was easily the best skiing experience that each of us have had.

This is our 5th or 6th trip to the chalet. As per usual excellent service from Linda and Nigel. The company this time was also entertaining and great fun. The team make every effort to make your stay comfortable, the food was excellent and we were wanting for nothing. Recommend anyone to stay here. Even though the chalet is slightly out of the main town it's only a 15-20 minute walk, but saying that Nigel and Linda ensure that you are transported in and out of town.

We could not have asked for better hosts. Both Linda and Nige were extremely accommodating. Fantastic hospitality offering breakfast every morning. Great little room with large bathroom. We will return next season, maybe even the summer.

We stayed in Chalet d'Amo this Winter with a group of 9. Had a fabulous stay. Nigel and Linda could not have been more helpful. They took us wherever we wanted to go and cooked delicious meals. The chalet is simple but comfortable. Archie, the dog, is huge but a gentle lump and loved by all the kids. We went skiing with NIgel a few afternoons and he took us on some great runs. I would definitely come back for another holiday.

ive been forced by my own concious to write a few lines about our stay with nigel, linda and archie this christmas 2013 with family, friends and our three dogs, sharing with another group (family, young children and friend) ages between 5 and 66.

The home cooked food filled me up, was extremely tasy and was never left wanting for more, both nigel and linda were excellent hosts and full of good advice on everything you need to know about your break in the mountains, with a great atmosphere throughout our stay.

we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Thanks for another great stay at Chalet D'amo. The view from our room was so pretty with all the snow in the trees when we arrived ......pity there was none on the slopes! Your warm hospitality made up for it though! A very relaxing pre-Christmas escape and the best ever roast potatoes from Nigel ! I see your huge dump of snow has finally arrived, have a great season.

We had a wonderful time in Morzine, staying at Chalet. D'amo! Nigel and Linda couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful. The Food was home cooked and very tasty, my only complaint is that I put on half a stone!!!! Rooms are simply decorated, clean and comfortable, tonnes of hot water and great showers! There was no TV in the room but not quite sure why you'd want one! We were there to ski and socialise! Lets face it, you don't go to france to sit in your room and watch TV!! Our hosts ferried us about and looked after us so well...... we wanted for nothing! Both have a detailed knowledge of the area, helping you to miss the queues!! Can't sing their praises enough! We will be back!!
Potatoes, potatoes!
Thank you, Nigel, Linda and Archie.
