Last night of our holiday we have stayed here specially to dine in the hotel´s 3 Michelin star restaurant. Our room was nicely decorated, spacious, overlooking the garden. Small bottle of Dbutz champagne on ice was waiting for us on arrival. Due our short stay we had no chance to use any of the hotel amnities, but all areas were very well kept and immaculately clean. Breathtaking flower decoration in the reception area. One of the best and richest breakfast we had in a long time, with attentive and friendly service.

Situated in a part of Reims that does not seem very nice, this is an oasis - a mini park in the city.
Wonderful rooms and service. The lighting and shutters were operated by a sort f tablet computer - not so great if you had lots of wine for dinner.
A fantastic breakfast. A very good restaurant.

Obviously the main reason to stay at L'Assiette Champenoise is to have dinner at the restaurant (really a must by the way!) but beyond the benefit of staying in the same place as the restaurant, the hotel is also quite nice: great service, nice modern decor and furniture (with a personality rather than bland hotel-style), good breakfast (featuring many homemade products) and a nice indoor swimming pool to relax! A good base to discover Reims or stop on the way to holidays.

This is an exceptional property. The decor throughout (entry, numerous/generous public sitting areas, restaurant, bar and our room) was beautiful and very comfortable. Every chair, rug and fixture was chosen and placed with great care. The food and service in the restaurant fully deserved its 3 stars; the chef, wait staff and sommelier were warm and skillful and the food was great. The rest of the hotel staff throughout was competent and attentive. (Our stay was over New Year's so it was too cold to enjoy the grounds.)

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed discovering this haven just a few minutes off the motorway . We had an enormous room (free upgrade) with comfy bed and huge bathroom. Not mega expensive (Euro 265) but not cheap either. The main event, however, is the Michelin starred restaurant where the food is delicious but your eyes will water with the prices.
