In England most people have a wooden shed at the bottom of their garden. Jean-G has a very nicely appointed studio, a delightful place to stay and a good location to journey into Bordeaux. The accommodation has a very comfortable kingsize bed and with a microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle is ideal for snacks and drinks and there is a local supermarket a few minutes walk away. The studio is quite secluded and gets the sun in the morning. J-G was extremely helpful with advice of places to visit and an explanation about the tram service. The A Line into Bordeaux is nearby and a very good way to travel into and out of Bordeaux, and very cheap. We only stayed two nights at the end of a long travel through France but this is certainly a very useful place to stop off and relax and explore the area.
