Visited on route to Mulranny beach in late August 2019. A friend and I decided to have tea before driving on to Mulranny, so thought a visit to the Ballycroy Centre would make an interesting start. It was a delicious experience as the food was fresh and the tea hot, just the way I like it served. Staff were polite and made u# most welcome. The view from where we choose to sit, outside rather than in was beautiful, breathtakingly in fact, and we choose to sit enjoying the lovely fresh air and tea a little longer than planned. It really is worth a visit as apart from the Cafe the exhibition is most interesting and informative......

We have just ate at this wonderful cafe. The views from our table were beautiful, the home made food was really delicious and the owner was friendly and welcoming. Well worth a visit even if it's a little out of your way!!. Best cafe find of our time in this area.

My wife and I got to Ballycroy National Park just in time for lunch, and the cafe is right in the Visitor Center. My wife had the goat cheese and “leafy greens” salad and I had a ham and Irish cheddar panini. We then went for a short hike in the park, but the breeze had the flags blowing straight out and snapping, so we returned to the cafe in fairly short order. We split a piece of Tasmanian orange cake that was absolutely delicious. As I understood it, the couple who run the cafe do all the food preparation. We live in the Mid-Hudson Valley of New York near the Culinary Institute of America, and frankly that cake was equal to or better that any dessert we’ve had at the Culinary.
