We had dinner in Lohengrin on Saturday, in one word: perfect. It had been almost a year sice our last visit and we had been looking forward to our evening, for a good reason. Perch with asparagus, both perfectly cooked, veal with a sauce morilles (impeccable), delicious cheeses including a good choice of regional cheeses, very tasty Luxembourg ones and again THE ideal parfait for me and a delicious sabayon for my companion. A fruity Luxembourg Riesling and a very good bottle of cote rotie, together with a very wam welcome from the staff completed a memorable night out. Good addition this year is Yachting, a champagne 'bubbly' bar next door, for a relaxing apero or after dinner drink on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Try it out! Christianne, Luxembourg
