This is a relatively new restaurant owned by the 'residence le castleas' owner. I'm not sure if the same chef who is there now was there during the time if the 2011 review.
But now - oh my goodness, best meal of our Provencal bike trip.
The atmosphere both inside and outside are both wonderful. The neon flashing light around the outside menu is a bit much though.
Your dining experience will start off with you being asked if you would like an apertif - say yes!! If you've never had absinthe then you must try it!
The lamb was hands- down the best I've ever tasted and the scallop main course (Noix St. Jaques) were, were....I can't even find words to describe how good they were. The desserts are very large so good for sharing.
Best meal during our 2 week trip in France and some of the best food I've ever tasted.
