Second time here. First was in the summer. Despite the wet weather in August, we enjoyed it so much we came back again for the snow in April. We've stayed in both the self-catering and the B&B rooms. Can't fault it. Paula is great - happy to chat and give some local info and does a great breakfast. The animals are a big hit with the children.

For bikers, Coed-y-brenin is not far (and there's a walking trail there) and for walkers the whole of Snowdonia is on the doorstep.

There's a swimming pool at Porthmadog if the weather wins.

Room Tip: Stabal is a twin room so good for parents to have a bit of space when children gone to bed.

We stayed overnight in the cottage on a last minute whim and it was really warm and cosy. Extremely comfortable bed with luxurious linen and warm duvet. Lots of lovely individual touches such as bara brith on arrival and ground coffee. The farm itself is delightful with magnificent scenery and a variety of friendly animals that feed from your hand. We look forward to staying again. Thanks Paula

Our family recently stayed here for a short 2 night holiday in Wales. We were very well taken care of! We stayed in cottage #2 (Y Stabal) and loved it. The views from the cottage are beautiful. We very much enjoyed our made to order breakfast in the farmhouse-which has so much character. Paula was more than willing to meet any of our needs-including our baby's. The second day we had the DIY breakfast in our room which worked out great as well. She made sure we had everything we wanted for breakfast.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to anyone we know of going on holiday to this area!

This is our second visit to Tyddyn a year to the weekend after our first and very glad to report that nothing has changed !! brilliant !!

We stayed in a different room this time (suite 1) after staying in Suite 2 last time over, The suite was ideal and we just love the DIY breakfast so mush so that we opted for this even though a full breakfast was offered in the farmhouse.

We brough the new canine addidion to the family with us this time and he really enjoyed it too.

Well done to Paula and family for all your hard work, we will return.

Richard and Mary

Room Tip: All the rooms are great but Suite 2 is still our fav !

We had a wonderful few days in the Long Barn and enjoyed every minute. The views from the patio window was so lovely even in the mist and rain. The Long Barn has every thing we could wish for and the breakfast basket was very well stocked. We would recommend the accommodation to anyone wanting a nice get away from it all holiday. Thank you Paula and your family from our family.
