“Best view ever!!”
Reviewed June 14, 2017 for a stay in June 2017

Family celebrations got underway, taking over both cottages, excitement!
Thirteen of us, including 5 children. I really cannot fault it.
Everything catered for including a welcome Bara Brith loaf, tea & coffee including milk in the fridge...bliss!
Beds so comfy, I could have quite happily sat in my bedroom looking at the tide billowing and rippling!
Must point out too that deposit cheque arrived the day after I arrived home, now that's service! Thank you so very much, I'll definitely return.

“Simply stunning views and beatiful home”
Reviewed June 4, 2017 for a stay in May 2017

We had a 4 night mid week stay in Tegfryn. 2 Adults and 2 teenagers. And I can honestly say we all enjoyed ourselves. Perfect location for 2 sites of Zipworld and Pony Trekking. The House is well furnished, comfortable and so clean. With having 2 lounges it worked well for Adult and teenager space. Bedrooms well there was plenty to choose from, we had the master en-suite , whilst the teenagers took the twin room & family bathroom. The balcony was simply the best place to watch the sunset over the estuary with a glass of wine in hand. The village is very pretty and being on the welsh coastal path, meant that there was some great walks for us, and a afternoon on the beach was enjoyed by all.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning! The beach is a short walk from the house and Porthmadog is about 15 minutes away on foot. It was such a good base from which to visit so much of the amazing North Wales. We are sold on it now and without a doubt will visit again! The house absolutely met all our needs. 10 adults and 6 children could spend time together and apart with ease. There was everything we needed and more!

We were a group of 15 plus our dog, so booked both Bryn Gwyn and Tegfyn for a golden wedding anniversary celebration. Everything was just perfect from the moment of booking to the end of our stay. Both houses are immaculate, well equipped with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen utensils to board and electronic games, the rooms are lovely decorated, spacious with plenty of storage space. the cakes left for us on arrival was a lovely touch. The views are spectacular, we were blessed with good weather so made the most of the beaches close by. We ate in the Moorings one evening which we pre booked and ordered due to the number in our group. We also enjoyed a cuppa and cake at the Sea View, the staff were lovely. I highly recommend either of these two properties

Both properties were lovely. Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could want or need. Terrific views. A bit of a climb to both properties but my 83 year old mum managed it. Amazing stay.

“Fantastic views in great location”
Reviewed November 27, 2016 for a stay in November 2016

Had a brilliant time at these gorgeous cottages on a long weekend with friends. The cottages are fully equipped to a high standard - everything has been thought of! Really comfortable and relaxing with gorgeous views - and a balcony to make the most of them. We had some really nice coastal walks as a large group with more amazing views. We also walked into Porthmadog - about 15 mins - and found some lovely craft shops and cafes. There is a nice bistro near the cottages for evening meal. We made use of the facilities in the cottage for most meals and ordered a curry one night from the local Indian restaurant. I would definitely come back to these cottages with friends and family - beaches are amazing. A really fabulous break in high standard quality accommodation with everything you need and more!
