Fun atmosphere, great service in the spacious breakfast room. Loved the pool and the open "common area".
My only complaint would be no fridge in our room. Don't know if other rooms have one.
Only about 10 minutes' drive from downtown.

The room we had was a two room suite. For the price the room we had was awesome. Very spacious and clean. When we first got there we had to have the air conditioner and the fridge replaced because neither of them were working properly but the maintenence guy at the motel was helpful in fixing them right away. The courtyard area was very nice but unfortunately the pool was freezing and there was no hot tub to warm up in anymore. The free breakfast was ok, they had a decent variety of food, but the lady that was working there acted like she didn't want to be there and was rude. Overall the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The motel is located in a good area, and is a reasonable distance from most attractions. The only bad part of my experience is my sister has MS and walks with a walker so I had requested a handicap accessable room but they put us upstairs and there isn't an elevator at all. That is the only complaint i really have. but great value for the money...would probably stay here again.

Just stayed 2 days in room 611.We had people in the next room arguing and fighting until 3P.M. on the first night.Luckily they were gone the next day,not the hotels fault. One person working the desk when I checked in,very slow. The room was very small,no fridge or microwave.Old television with VERY limited channels.Bed was very hard. The room was fairly clean except for the wire shelf above the bar that you hang shirts on.It was black from dirt.On my way to the ice machine there was an empty beer bottle on an outside window sill the whole time of our stay. They did have a pretty good breakfast.I have stayed hear before and from what I remember, the rooms that you enter from the outside, like I had,are much worse than the inside rooms.A.C.would start and stop all night.Lots of outside noise from doors slamming and horns from people locking there cars. They do have a nice indoor pool.I won't be back!

Our most humble apologies for your recent stay with us. During our busy season and also due to the restaurant located in front of our property, we unfortunately don't have control over outside parking lot noise. Though we are aware that this can be very disruptive to guests in our outside rooms.
I am typically on-site seven days a week and would have been happy to move you into a more comfortable inside room, had I been informed and made aware; especially if there were issues with your ac unit.
We have many plans for remodel and renovations as soon as our season permits us to do so.
We would be happy to have you stay with us again and in a room that would be more suitable for you.

Although the lobby and hallways were humid our room's air conditioner kept us comfortable and my children enjoyed the pool and playground area. Breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold foods and the staff running it were friendly. The front desk staff were friendly as well. In a very convenient location from the interstate and plenty of restaurant and stores close by. Very good deal for the money.

We booked this hotel for our family of 5 for a Labor Day weekend getaway to St. Louis. My husband liked the location and the bar/restaurant next door so we booked the "suite" with 1 King and 2 Doubles. Upon arriving the lobby/pool area was humid and had a terrible smell, but the staff were kind and friendly. We took our keys and went to our room expecting the suite, but instead opened up into the dirtiest, most disgusting room I've ever seen. The cinder block walls were white with an industrial blue stripe across the top. There were no separate 'rooms' to the suite - the two rooms were open with a big hallway between them with the shower and toilet between them. No privacy at all. The air conditioning unit was broken in the suite and the toilet was so dirty I won't even describe it. All in all, it was simply an unacceptable place to stay.

It was raining upon our arrival, and walking down the hallway out of our room, we noticed three large holes in the ceiling panels and water coming in. This hotel should be closed down.

Thankfully, we were able to cancel with a full refund and took our business across town.

Stayed there recently on leisure. Main complaint, we had a suite & the AC unit was obviously not up to the task. Reported it to the front desk, they did not offer to move us. Probably a problem with all the suites. This facility was obviously more open at one time and then a remodel put a roof over it and enclosed everything, making for what can only be described as an "odd" setting.
Not the best value. I would not stay here again because the AC issue and it was not the cleanest facility. However, if you are traveling with kids, this might be the place for you. The indoor play area, pool and arcade were hugely popular. The breakfast is about average, but there is plenty of it. Location is great, just a short drive to the zoo and other attractions. The very young looking man serving as desk clerk was friendly.

Room Tip: A night club up front might be an issue. Ask for a room away from there. Don't use a suite.

The staff of this Days Inn is simply incredible. My Mother has had on going doctor's visit to Barnes Jewish hospital for the past 12 months. First for a cochlear implant and now for cancer. The employees of this hotel have been beyond generous, caring, supportive and such a blessing to my parents. My Dad has raved about the stay and how nice it is there. My parents will not stay any where else, this is the place to stay when you are there! It is in a great location for shopping! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to stay at! God Bless them for being so awesome to my parents!
