“Great Scuba Diving at Dive Exuma”
Reviewed November 1, 2012

We went Scuba Diving with Dive Exuma the week of October 7 to the 14th. We really enjoyed the reefs as well as the tug wreck (my favorite). There were lots of fish to see, great colors and the water was bath water warm. We've been diving in the great lakes for the previous few months so beautiful warm water was heavenly. Angelfish Bluehole was really cool and as we have our Advanced Open Water we were able to go the bottom of the hole, being at the bottom and looking up through all that aquamarine coloured water was spectacular. We were there the first week of the new season and the operators Tamara and Jonathan were just back from a well deserved vacation. Tamara and Jonathan were great and we were lucky enough to have them and the boat all to ourselves for the week. Due to some really windy weather we got in 8 dives over 5 days...I had hoped for 10 dives but Tamara and Jonathan did their best within reasonble levels of sefety to get us in the water as often as possible. On the plane ride back I had heard that the water sports were only open for 1 or 2 days at the Sandals during that same week, so we definitly came out ahead diving with Dive Exuma. We had planned to stay at the Sandals, but through the limited reviews available on the diving, we decided to do a house rental in Georgetown and dive with Dive Exuma in order to get more underwater time. So glad we did! Boat is nice and spacious. One day Tamara and Jonathan dropped us off after diving in the morning at Stocking Island then arranged for a water taxi to pick us up in the late afternoon. Great time!
We hope to see Tamara, Jonathan and their two really cute kids Phoenix and Mya again soon. Mya is a natural in the water definitly a scuba diver in the making! My husband and myself recommend Dive Exuma.

“Great diving !”
Reviewed July 15, 2012

Dive Exuma is now situated in George Town, on the first floor of the Exuma Yacht Club, just in front of the Exuma Market.
We did tree dives and I appreciated Tamara's assistance and the dive masters that were with us. They all gave us great help in the preparation of the equipment on board and the boat is very comfortable and modern.
I'll surely do more dives with them in the future.

“Amazing experience”
Reviewed June 12, 2012

Everything about our experience with Dive Exuma has been outstanding! We went in the winter, and again in May. Garvin Turtle was the most calm and patient instructor, especially when I was anxious and nervous. Very professional outfit, from the equipment to the dive masters and support staff (Tamara always on hand with the cookies!). The dives themselves were incredible, so much beauty in that water: huge parrot fish, massive Nassau grouper, balls-y lobster, sting rays, angel fish, big crab....I can't remember the rest! Must see: The Tug. Looking forward to my next dive...night diving! Recommend if diving in the winter months, wear double suits.
