I've been to Chat 'N' Chill many times and it never ceases to please. Very friendly place with locals and tourists all mingle. This last time I was treated to a dolphin that decided to spend some time with us swimmers. He/she swam around in the area for almost half an hour and got within several feet of us. There were also the usual stingrays that came to play in the shallows and delight everyone from young to old. Did I mention the lovely powder white sand and delighful clear water?

took a day trip and boated over to stocking island as we read several reviews about chat n chill.
dive bar, cold beer, conch, and t-shirts galore all over the ceiling. loved it. we chatted with captain of small yacht, who was passing through, and had a great time learning about sailing...but you want to hear about the chat n chill. service is slow, but as long as you have a beer it doesn't matter. we had conch burgers and slaw and it was very good. we will go back when we ever get back to exuma, which I hope will be very soon.

This place is a must-go if you're on Exuma...the overall experience and awesome. Go and spend the day. Do NOT miss the conch burger OR the cole slaw. While service is not speedy, it is not dead slow either...but the place does get busy. If you're looking for a place with amenities and such...don't bother. It's rustic and fun, with an emphasis on fun. On our visit, we swam with sting rays and even had a wild dolphin encounter. Good stuff for sure.

The food is fine, don't get me wrong. Grilled chicken sandwich or hamburger are pretty much your choices. The little corner of the island is adorable though! Spend a few bucks and buy the fresh cut conch from the beach vendor and let the kids feed the sting rays. We spent about 1/2 hour there after eating.

Wow! This place is fun. It's not only a quaint beach bar, it has a a beautiful beach with regular visits from friendly sting rays. In addition to KB's authentic pina colada, you must try AJ's conch salad made fresh right on the beach. It was the best I have every had. On break, you will find AJ down the beach doing backflips off the rocks. We retuned for lunch the next day while out snorkeling. Excellent fish, ribs and I recommend the homemade cole slaw. Pay attention to who is sitting next to you as a lot of successful people visit here to blend in. That was the case on our trip. Bring along a tee shirt or other momento of your visit to leave behind in the beach bar. Say hello to Elvis on the water taxi back. Enjoy!
