This was our second trip to Exuma and the second time to Chat 'N' Chill. Chill it certainly is...a beach bar/shack on a beautiful little island. Everyone is very laid back, a bathing suit crowd coming for really good bar food and to just lounge. It appears that this is the place to be! Many of the patrons are longtime boaters in the area and it was like a reunion for them to bump into one another. Chill for sure as service is slow but of course that is where the chat comes in. Everyone is friendly and the chat ranges from high finance, legal issues, boat maintenance and how cold and how great is the beer! After our lunch we headed out to the beach where we saw a dolphin playing close to the shore, swimming between the children....so special. Drinks from the bar kept us hydrated as we swam and made new friends. The beach in front of Chat is pristine. I would highly recommend this beach bar...a truly unique experience with good food and a diversity of patron personalities.

Went to Chat "N' Chill in Exuma on a short summer vakay. Had a great time. Would vacation there again. Great food and atmosphere. It was also great meeting people who traveled from all over the world so if you came alone you would make friends immediately. Futhermore, It's a great trip anytime of the year.

It's definitely a "must go". I went to Chat and Chill. The food was surprisingly good! They cook it on the barbecue. The beach in front of the restaurant is beautiful and there some "pet" stingrays. They are harmless and you can feed them with conch. It's a unique experience if you have never been around stingrays. Because in one hand they are used to be around humans but in the other they are free in the ocean.

So, you shoud take a taxi boat around noon and stay there until sunset, just chilling in the water, playing with the stingrays and eat some nice confort food.

Thank you very much for the commendation. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our authentic grilled Bahamian cuisine, as well as the friendly (wild) stingrays who have made home on our shorelines. It is always nice to hear when guests enjoy their time on our beach.
