“Definitely CHILL!”
Reviewed August 8, 2013

After the full day tour with Sugar Adventure Tours, I was wiped out! We thought it would be a good day to get over to Chat n Chill. We went into town and parked at the government dock. You’ll see a sign for the water taxi. We didn’t have to wait long before Elvis pulled up. They will ask you what time you want to be picked up. It’s usually every hour on the hour. We opted for 4pm. I believe the last one is at 5pm. Once at the bar, we ordered some food (conch burger, can’t remember what else, it wasn’t that good) and set up our camping hammock between two big palm trees. Chillin in the hammock with my rum punch, it was heaven! It was just what I needed after an exhausting but fun Cays Tour day. I swam with the stingrays a bit and we tried to find a path to the Atlantic side but never did. There no snorkeling here to speak of but it was still a fun day and the weather was gorgeous!

Thank you for your feedback. We are proud to learn that the docile resident stingrays and relaxed beach atmosphere has helped you unwind after a busy day of touring. We hope that you return soon for a more memorable culinary experience and a successful journey to the Atlantic side of the island.
Thanks again,

“Private Beaches Everywhere”
Reviewed August 7, 2013

We loved all the beaches that ran up and down stocking island and that were located on the nearby Cays.

Chat and Chill was a fun place to visit but do not get in a hurry to get your food. Relax, kick back, have some frozen concoctions and enjoy the great company. Speaking of frozen concoctions, the mango daiquiris were fantastic and so was the conch burger! Be sure to add some coleslaw to the burger.

Our favorite part of Stocking Island are all the private beaches. Our least favorite thing was the trash left behind by the tourists. Unbelievable that anyone could trash such a gorgeous place.

Thank you very much for your assessment. We are honored to learn that you appreciate the natural beauty of our prized Elizabeth Harbour and the myriad of private beaches on its perimeter. It is true that some guests fail to dispose of their trash, which is why our dedicated crew members remove it from our beach periodically throughout the day. Chat 'N' Chill® is committed to maintaining the pristine environment that is largely responsible for attracting visitors to The Exumas each year. We want you to enjoy the view the next time you stop in for a mango daiquiris.
Thanks again,

“Another relaxing day at the Chat N Chill”
Reviewed August 2, 2013

For the second year in a row, we spent my husband's birthday week in Exuma and no trip to the Exumas would be compete without a day relaxing on the sand on Stocking Island, and having drinks and lunch at the Chat N Chill. There's even a little snorkel spot further along the beach. Sheldon is fantastic behind the bar, and the food and drinks were tasty as usual. My kids love the sting rays and swinging from the ropes on the beach.

“Not to be missed”
Reviewed July 31, 2013

All that other reviewers have said and more. A fun place that everyone visiting Exuma should visit. We rented a boat at Mimms for several days and went there twice. Worth it. Try the FRESH Conch salad. It is really fresh.

“Best Conch Salad”
Reviewed July 30, 2013

We've tried Conch salad at the BigD's and I have hard time finding conch in the salad. At Chat'N' Chill, the conch is fresh and they mix in a generous amount of conch. My wife alone finished almost two bowls. We also enjoyed a lot petting the stingrays as they like to hang around the waters by the salad bar.

The owner, KB, is a nice gentleman. I enjoyed our conversation which covers everything from economic to engineering math. He also taught me couple useful tip on boating. Thanks.
