We spent an amazing week in Exuma and were constantly wowed by the natural beauty and friendly local hospitality. There were so many highlights during our visit but our day spent on the boat with Aquaquest was our favorite! Captain Alton and crew were kind and made sure we were all comfortable and happy. Our full day boat excursion included stops to see star fish, a sunken piano, iguanas, swimming pigs, plane wrecks, sea turtles, amazing sand bars, thunderball grotto, nurse sharks, an excellent lunch at Staniel Cay Yacht Club. Anton made us comfortable providing plenty drinks and snacks. I would highly recommend Aquaquest if you are visiting Great Exuma! You won't regret it!

We spent an amazing week in Exuma and were repeatedly overwhelmed with the natural beauty and amazing local hospitality. There were many highlights of our visit but our two days spent with Aquaquest may have been the best of all. We spent an entire day doing an island hopping tour and then did another day fishing and snorkeling. We would recommend both experiences to anyone looking to have the time of their lives. When we return to Exuma I would imagine spending even more time with them. Captain Alton, first mate Axel (AJ) and Brian could not have been more kind and welcoming. We traveled with our 9 year old son and I would imagine he counts them among his best friends now.
Our full day boat tour included stops at many snorkel sights, star fish hunting, sunken mermaids, iguanas, swimming pigs, plane wrecks, sea turtles, sand bars, thunderball grotto, nurse sharks, an amazing lunch at Staniel Cay Yacht Club, unbelievably gorgeous surroundings and amazing hospitality. The boat was well equipped, expertly captained, comfortable and full of drinks and snacks.
An amazing fishing trip was highlighted by a barracuda, diving for conchs, a blue marlin hook up and an massive after trip conch feast. Once again we had a great vessel well prepared for fishing and an amazing local expertise at the helm.
The water around the Exumas is breathtaking and extremely difficult to navigate. We are life long boaters and I was very happy to have Alton at the helm. He and Axel did an amazing job covering a lot of territory expertly and safely. Both possessed a ton of knowledge and provided a wealth of information. I would not miss this if you are traveling to Exuma.

great experience, the captain and his mate catered to our every needs, we rented the whole boat for ourselves and worth the price, going back this summer and would hire them again

Aquaquest Escapes - let me just start by saying that we're now thinking of acquiring a piece of paradise because of Brian and Anton - owners of Aquaquest. What an amazing experience we had! We (mostly my husband) wanted to do a tour of the famous sandbars in Exuma. However, the touring company at our resort quoted us what seemed like an 'arm and a leg' for a few hours on a private boat. Another resort guest ( aka: our friends) spoke very highly of an independent touring company: Aquaquest Escapes, and since their price was significantly lower and they seemed very experienced, we took a chance and booked our excursion with them. Man, was that a good call.
These guys were such professionals, they were meant for this! We got to see Exuma through their eyes. Truly an incredible experience! They went above and beyond in making sure that what started out as a rainy, drewery day was the highlight of our trip. They were determined for us to have the entire "boating" experience, even though we booked/paid for the sandbars excursion ONLY.
It was an incredible day -- we picked/ate coco- plums on the side of the road; saw sea turtles, dolphins, a starfish and picnicked on the actual sandbar. Freakin awesome! They even took time out of their schedules to dine with us so we could try the local cuisine. Totally worth it! We walked away feeling satisfied and grateful that we took a chance on Aquaquest. Grateful that we didnt book this via our hotel. And grateful that it didn't cost us an arm and a leg.
Btw, the boat was well kept and dare I say it... VERY FANCY! The Captian, Anton, knows his way on the water and we never once felt unsafe even on rough waves.
Brian -- lets just say - the man! He's the "captain" on land. If you're looking for information about the Island -- this is your guy!
Aquaquest -- YOU ROCK! Thanks for the experience of a lifetime! Now, i need to get my boating license🤗! Looking forward to our next trip!

Hands down, this was the best tour I have ever been on relating to everything the islands had to offer and explore. captain Anton and his crew were awesome and very informative and accommodating to our needs and requests. My wife and I were on our honeymoon and it was my birthday so we had a lot to celebrate. Anton and his crew made every moment special and every stop was very private and personal. We did the whole day tour and so glad we did because we saw so many things and aftering hearing back from other tour groups, we definitely had the best and most extensive experience. Would definitely recommend!
