Wonderful staff, exceptionally helpful, room was of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, lovely bed and even better pillows. Food was very, very good, breakfast had a good selection from cereal, fresh fruit, full English/salmon/haddock. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone. Special thanks to the Landlady who went out of her way to drive us to a wedding reception nearby and gave us the number of a good local taxi service. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Visited the Harp again whilst down visiting the area. Lovely meal, plenty of it and the steak was very well cooked. The pork in ginger was delicious as was the pudding. Good service and friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We shall be back!

Had a weeks stay at the harp, as I am in a wheelchair it can prove a problem, but not here, the room especially for disabled was perfect, even two different size showers, plenty of space to move about spotlessly clean comfortable mattress everything just right. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice, even when my wife asked for marmite and I requested porridge it was there. We had intended to eat there and in local restuarents but after one meal we ate every night at the harp and were never dissapointed. The area was beautiful easy to explore the costal and rural areas. I forgot to mention the staff and owners of the harp, such a lovely welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble hopefully we will meet up again in the spring.

We were meeting up with a friend who is having a house built locally. The Harp was her recommendation and I can totally understand why. Our welcome was most friendly, the room impressive in decor and cleanliness. Breakfast offered a good choice of local produce and after reviewing the dinner menu there was no question of going anywhere else for the evening meal. Well done Giles very tasty food. Even after just two days saying "goodbye" to Becca was like bidding farewell to a friend.
If you are needing a place to stay anywhere near this area you wont go wrong at The Harp

We stayed here for 2 nights while doing kayaking and coasteering from St. Davids. The rooms were clean, well decorated and designed. The location of the Inn is good. However, our stay was somewhat marred by a puzzling refusal to serve breakfast at the normal time. When we arrived we found out that breakfast was served from 8:45. This means no chance of an early start or being on time for any of the many scheduled activities run in the area. On day 1 we loitered around endlessly waiting for breakfast to start, rushed it down and then raced to our activity, even then being 40 mins late arriving, which was embarrassing. On day 2, we just gave up and skipped the breakfast. The landlady showed no interest or concern at this. No flexibility, zero. I've stayed at hundreds of B&Bs over the years, and I've never been to one where breakfast started so late.
So, do stay here if you want a nice place to stay, but not if you have morning activities booked in the area, since you will need to choose between starting the day with a proper (or any) breakfast, and arriving at your activity on time.

our breakfast starts at 8.30 and we offer a continental breakfast for any one who wishes to have one , if they have an early start .
we did offer this option to you when you checked in at 11,45 on the first night ,but you declined. the second night we did not see you so could not offer you the continental and you left before breakfast started
