As a resident of Parisot, I have used the Auberge regularly. Serge and Sylvie have regularly produced some stunning food along with good service and company. The addition of the terrace has made a huge improvement. Lunchtimes, Serge provides a buffet which is superb.
Some of his dishes are truly exceptional such as the lamb marinated in smoked rosemary.
The wine is not expensive but is good - Serge is keen to provide local produce - both food and wine
Overall, a friendly place to dine with a couple that are keen to use local produce to provide excellent food and drink at a reasonable price
