“Best restaurant in Coral Bay”
Reviewed March 26, 2013

We went there twice during our trip in Coral Bay and this is the best restaurant. Staff are friendly and food is really good. They always have different king of fish and they all taste really good. Try the blackened fish... It's the best. Jercked is really good too. As desert, we had home chocolate cake... Hot and spicy hummmmm! Can't wait to go back! Special thanks to Sharon the manager of this restaurant.

“Best meal - try the jerk seasoning”
Reviewed March 23, 2013

Aqua Bistro served the best food, it is the only restaurant that we visited twice! They have four options for preparing fresh fish, I liked the jerk seasoning so much I had it twice, once on Snapper (fabulous) and once on Mahi Mahi (also wonderful). They were very buzy the first night, and forgot the mango salsa - which turned out to be a blessing - I suggest you order the mango salsa on the side. Lovely outdoor seating. I will return on my next visit to St. John.

“MJ the best chef on St. John”
Reviewed March 22, 2013

There are many excellent reasons for dining at Aqua Bistro. MJ is the best chef on St. John, and if you notify him a day or two in advance, he will prepare almost any meal you request. His rack of lamb is superb. I special ordered it for a dinner party this winter. He met us at the bar as we came in to inform us that it had been cooked with love. The nut encrusted mahi-mahi is great, as is his blackened swordfish. If you just want to sit at the bar, look over the water and have an entertaining afternoon with Kenny the Bartender, be sure you get there Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, and not in March as Kenny is always Stateside that month

“Yummy lunch after Salt Pond”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

We stumbled on the Aqua Bistro after trying to go to the Tourist Trap on a Monday. Were we ever happy we had to postpone our trip because we had a great lunch at the Aqua Bistro. Started with the Onion Rings which are skinny and out of this world, especially after a long hot day snorkeling at the beach. I had the Scallops Picatta (one of the four ways they can be fixed) and they were excellent. Everyone else was happy with their meals which included two Chicken Gyros and a Cheeseburger and the Pina Coladas also hit the spot. Good for kids - my son was very happy with his Chicken Strips and Fries. He also liked that the Gourmet Market was next door and we could go over and buy a candy bar while waiting!
