We had a wonderful time in the Quinta. You can feel and breath the peace and quiet environment perfect to relax.

We enjoyed the pool and had a glass of wine in the terrace looking into the garden.
The Quinta is in great conditions you can sense the dedication that has been to build. The room was clean, bed is super comfortable, the room has an amazing view and with PVC windows so you can't hear anything at night. The gardens are in excellent conditions with vineyards in one side of the Quinta.

The breakfast was great as well.

The owner is as sweet and caring for the guests. I strongly recommend to whomever wants to enjoy a peaceful stay in the Quinta do Sobral.

My wife and I stayed for almost 2 weeks, upon arrival we were astounded with the many shades of green! The Quinta is a perfect place for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of all inclusive vacation resorts. Attention to detail and cleanliness are seen in all the buildings and around the grounds even though it is a working vineyard/small farm. The building we were in even though had a fireplace if in the off season (late fall/winter) could be cold, bring an extra sweater.

Bernard and Brigite are lovely hosts able to answer all questions, worked hard to make sure everything was perfect.

We found we would often walk into town (20min), look at the buildings, enjoy the scenery, read in a garden, pop into a cafe for a coffee or glass of wine and meander back, a perfect day.

My wife and I stayed here with two friends of ours for two weeks. Great grounds, friendly people, clean and quiet. The accommodations are beyond adequate, great open concept main floor, large bedrooms and a wood fireplace. Located in the friendliest town I've ever been to, it's a great place to visit to get away from big city life. We'd return in a heartbeat!
