Great place up the hill. Totally different fron the restaurants on the strip. Relaxed place, great staff, lovely food. Relatively expensive but worth every cent. Take care to check facebook page for opening dates.

Must experience. Small place. Friendly staff. Nicely tucked away off the main road on a hill. The sushi, sashimi, the ebi, the tuna, the salmon.............very fresh and well done. Reasonably priced too!

We went their after reading lots of positive comments of this restaurant. We glad we did as it exceeded my expectation and we had a great dinner at there.

Our table was on the first floor which is a Japanese Style dining area with a scenic sunset view. The food was excellent, the sushi was fresh, the staff were very friendly and helpful, services were great, atmosphere is superb...and etc. Although it is kinda pricey, but it was worthy in our point of view.

It was my most favourite restaurant in Langkawi during my visit last month.
The location was somehow partially isolated and the building itself was very Japanese.
We were welcome upon arrival by the friendly staff and they were helpful in explaining the signature dishes. Our seats were at second level, indoor.
We ordered blue fin toro sashimi, salmon sake saikyo yaki and three sets of sushi yama, with mango sorbet as dessert. Although the prices weren't cheap, I like the toro and salmon the most.
Some drawbacks were the toilet wasn't matching with the restaurant at all and there was a lot of mosquitoes outside the restaurant. So I reckon outdoor sittings wouldn't be recommended.
I will certainly return to this restaurant during my next visit. =)
