“Excellent value for money!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 22, 2013

We stayed for one night (last night) whilst visiting our niece in the area. The whole place (corridors, bathroom, bedroom) was spotless, nothing was tatty in any way shape or form. The woman on reception (Emma I think) was very friendly and helpful. We booked a twin room and were delight to discover we had a double and a single bed which was great! There was a big telly (I'm tired of staying in places with tiny tellys). We stayed in a room on the front that was on the first floor, on the front at the end of the corridor so no-one passed our room on the way to bed. The traffic in the morning is fairly loud, but I didn't have to get up early for work or anything so it didn't bother us really, and we had the window open. There is a little noise from people's bedroom doors shutting/slamming, which might disturb you but didn't us. Our room was quite cool but their is heating so that is fine.

We had the continental breakfast next door which fine.

We both said we couldn't fault the place, we only paid £34, but would have paid more as it was worth it.

Fantastic facilities and location, staff excellent and very helpful, couldn't ask for better for your money, we always use Premier Inn Rainham as very close to family and friends, and its not right on M25 or A13 like the other Premier Inn so much better located and less noisy. Plenty of parking, but watch those pesky business people and workers who nick the disabled spaces! Otherwise very clean and comfortable and only quibble is there aren't any facilities for kids.

Room Tip: Have stayed in various rooms in this hotel and all are fantastic, not one problem except no kids fac...

Clean, pleasant and comfortable with friendly reception staff. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need in them. Very comfy beds. The only downside was the bar and restaurant were closed for much of the time but I guess this is because we were staying on Christmas Day and Boxing Day whgich is fair enough. Cannot ask for any more of a budget hotel. We were impressed and would certainly use a Premier Inn again

Hotel is on a busy main road, however we asked for and got a room round the back.
Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Room was fine, bed a litle firm. A surprise was the large packet of condoms left on a hi shelf, I presume missed by cleaner and not an extra normally provided !!
Breakfast was taken in pub next door and was excellent in quality and quanity.
Overall a good place for a one night stay.

This Premier Inn is typical of the new build variety that they offer. It is spotlessly clean as always, plenty of parking and easy access for less-abled visitors. The Willow Farm pub next door offers the usual fare for the evenings and for breakfast. The downsides are the fact that the rooms are so hot, even on a cold November day and night - a common fault with their new build properties. Note also the proximity to a fairly main road - New Road used to be the main A13 out of London, before the new A13 was built some years ago. So if you want the window open be prepared for some traffic noise through the night, even if you have a room facing the rear of the property.

This was everything that Premier Inns are known for - a good night's sleep at a reasonable price. I had a long evening of travel to get here, arriving at around 12:30am, but the night porter was very friendly and helpful and had me checked in in no time. The corridors to get to my room were a bit of a rabiit warren, but when I got there I found the room pretty much spotless and the bed very comfortable. I slept like a log, it was very quiet.

Breakfast the following morning was excellent too - the staff were helpful and cheerful and the full English was really good. It's not a buffet (aside from cereals, tea, juice, etc) but you can still have as much as you like.

All in all functional, clean, cosy and ideal for an overnight stay.

Ideal for an overnight stay. This Premier Inn has recently been refurbished, and our room was extremely clean, with a stylish new bathroom. Comfortable beds with two different types of pillows. Coffee and tea facilities in room and extra decaf coffee provided from reception when we arrived back from a function at 2.30 a.m.!

The restaurant had also been refurbished and breakfast is now complete self service, although the chef will cook eggs as you like them! No problem with the staff. Lovely friendly waitress greeted us at breakfast. Very pleasant at check in. Good Value for money, and what I would expect from a Premier Inn.
