Thank you very much for your recent stay at our resort and for sharing this review with us. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback about your experience. Thank you as well for your positive comments, thoughts and impression on our food offerings, resort experiences and the warm service from our hosts. It is also a delight to hear that you appreciate the beauty of the island.
However, I was saddened to learn that you felt uncomfortable about the resort hosts not wearing protective equipment like mask, shield or customized garments being the new normal at this time of pandemic. While we understand your concern on everyone’s safety on the possible spread of corona virus, rest assured that resort staff undergo testing weekly to ensure they are healthy and fit to render service to our valued guests like you. In addition everything that comes to the resort, from luggage to supplies, is sanitized and the entire team when through extensive health, safety and hygiene training before the resort opened and monthly refresher is done since. Additionally, in front and heart of house areas, we have been working round-the-clock to make sure the property is safe for all our guests and hosts, using the latest cleaning materials, disinfectant solutions, as well implementing extensive safety guidelines all over the island. As you will have seen, there are a large number of wash stations and hand sanitizers placed in all public areas for guests and hosts usage.
Thorough cleaning and disinfecting are being done in all our guest villas before check-in and after departure, we also provide personal hygiene kit for each guest upon arrival. All of the resort outlets require advance reservation to observe capacity limits and strict physical distancing regulations. It is also mandated for guests and hosts to check body temperature minimum daily but more if requested.
Our hosts make every effort to guarantee your safety with our detailed disinfection of high-traffic areas, frequently touched facilities and equipment such as counter tops, handrails, door handles, knobs and appliances. In public areas, we take special care to clean and wipe down furniture, walkways, surfaces, restrooms with solution capable of killing bacteria and viruses. We intensely increased cleaning schedules in all areas.
We are mindful to avoid complacency in all our health, safety and hygiene standards and naturally guests are absolutely welcome to wear a mask at all times should they so wish. Our utmost desire is for our guests to feel at home and relaxed knowing that every corner has been cleaned to highest health and safety standards. All of these efforts just so you may fully at ease when you are with us.
